天ぷらはサクサク衣で、海老、カボチャ、茄子、しそ等がありました。
値段が少々高いかな？と思ったので、星4つです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オープンと同時ぐらいに訪問しました。おそらく1組目だったと思います(笑)平日でしたので待たずに入ることが出来ました。天ざるをチョイス…メチャクチャ美味しかったです。量もしっかりとあります。大満足です。
立ち寄らない選択肢はない、おすすめです。
I visited at the same time as the opening. I think it was probably the first group (laughs) It was a weekday so I was able to enter without waiting. Choice of Tenzaru ... It was delicious. There is also a solid amount. I am very satisfied.
There is no option not to stop by, it is recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11月頭に来ました、今食べ終わってすぐ書いています。
天ぷらがおすすめとのことなので、天ざる(大盛り)を注文。大盛りで¥2100
戸隠の方は11月から新そばだが、こちらはどうだろう…と考えながら待っていると割とすぐに到着。
大盛りはざる3枚と、その上に天ぷら盛りが乗ってる。
さぁ頂きますと、まずは蕎麦だけでパクリ。
と、ここでガックリ。
蕎麦に香りはなく、コシもない。
ただ茹ですぎた感じではなく、そもそもコシがなさそうな蕎麦。
店打ち…だろうか、近くの霧しなのそばだろうか…それにしては美味しくない。
つゆにつけても、蕎麦の香りが立つわけでもなく、ただただつゆの味。
期待してただけになんとなく悲しかった。
私は自分で打つぐらい蕎麦が好きだ。この季節はいろんな店の、色んな味の、色んなこだわりの蕎麦を食べることができる。
長野県の蕎麦を食べ歩いているが、この値段でこの味の店は久しぶりだ。
県外の蕎麦に食べ慣れていない人たちは、美味しいと感じるのだろうか、いやそれも失礼な話だろうか。
ここから少し車を走らせれば、開田高原の美味しい店に辿り着ける。
こんな事言いたくないが、美味い蕎麦を食べたいならそちらがオススメだ。
御店主の接客と愛想が良かったので、星はその分です。

I heard that tempura is recommended, so I ordered a large serving of tempura. Large serving ¥ 2100
Togakushi has been new soba since November, but when I was waiting while thinking about this, I arrived immediately.
There are 3 large colanders and tempura on top of them.
Now, let's start with just soba noodles.
And here I am disappointed.
Soba has no aroma and is not chewy.
It's not just too boiled, it's soba that doesn't seem to be chewy in the first place.
It's a storefront ... or maybe it's near a nearby fog ... it's not delicious.
Even if you put it in soup, it doesn't give off the aroma of soba, it just tastes like soba.
I was sad because I was expecting it.
I like buckwheat so much that I hit it myself. In this season, you can eat various kinds of soba noodles with various tastes from various shops.
I've been eating soba noodles in Nagano prefecture, but it's been a while since I've had this taste at this price.
Do people who are not accustomed to eating soba outside the prefecture find it delicious, or is it rude?
If you drive a little from here, you can reach a delicious restaurant in Kaida Kogen.
I don't want to say this, but if you want to eat delicious soba, that is recommended.
The customer service and friendliness of the shop owner was good, so the stars are that much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通りがけに偶然見つけ、Uターンして立ち寄りました。他の方のコメント見ましたが、満席で順番待ちもしましたが、注文後も全然待たされた感はなかったですし、麺の茹ですぎなんてのもなく、美味しくいただけました。お蕎麦は二枚で一人前のようです。
店主の方も、白い服を着た子供に、ツユ跳ねで服が汚れないように、事前にタオルを貸してくださり、親切で丁寧な接客だなぁと思いました。
次は天ぷらそばを注文してみたいと思います。

I happened to find it on the street, made a U-turn and stopped by. I saw the comments of other people, but I waited in line because it was full, but I didn't feel like I had to wait at all after ordering, and the noodles weren't overcooked, so it was delicious. Two pieces of soba are like a serving.
The shop owner also lent a towel to the child in white clothes in advance so that the clothes would not get dirty due to the tuyu splash, and I thought that it was a kind and polite customer service.
Next, I would like to order tempura soba.
It was a feast!

蕎麦つゆが市販の物なのかつゆが濃すぎて蕎麦の香りが楽しめず残念
天ぷらも一緒に注文したが蕎麦つゆと天つゆが一緒の斬新なスタイルでした。
せめて塩が欲しかったと感じました。
総トータルで割高な点もとても残念でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 厳冬期の平日だからか珍しく空いていたので入店。天ぷらが美味しいと聞いていたので天ざるを注文してみました。評判どおりサクサクでカラリと揚がった天ぷらをハフハフ言いながら頬張る。ぅん～まーい！濃いそばつゆにドップリつけてそばも頂く・・こっちもたまらん～コシの強すぎない ソバは好みです♪
最後にそば湯を飲み干してお店を後にしました。ごちそうさま！
