★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車屋本店が休業日だったのでどうしようか悩んでいたら、職場の人からここも美味しいと聞き入って見た。
旧国沿いに面しているが、駐車場の幅が狭く、軽自動車なら楽に駐車できると思われるが、普通車では隣との隙間はかなりタイト。
もりの大盛り¥1500-と天ざる¥1900-を注文。
味は普通であったがこの味でこの値段は高いのと、あとから来た客のほうが先に提供されていたので、その点はマイナス。
そばも茹でたての割にはのび気味であった。
楽しみにしていた車屋が休みだったので、他に入るところはないかとここにしましたが、車屋の国道店といい時香忘といい、この辺りは車屋本店以外の蕎麦屋は、私には縁がないようです。

The buckwheat noodles were apt to be freshly eaten.
The car shop I was looking forward to was off, so I decided to go there if I had another place, but when it was good for the national road shop of the car shop, it was good. It seems that there is no edge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とちの屋さんへは、久しぶりに出掛けました。。友人は、天ぷら蕎麦を、天ぷらは、別盛りにして下さいと注文。。私は天丼。。
山の様に盛られたエビは、2匹に色々が、運ばれて来ました。
「ここの人参の天ぷらが大好き」と友人。。軟らかく甘い人参には、あの人参特有のエグミ等無くて。強いて食べない私も、次々に箸が進みます。。
出汁の味量も丁度良くて。。本当に美味しく頂きました。
(大分前は、出汁が少し甘過ぎて、汁が、底に貯まる程でしたが。。今回その汁加減丁度良くて)

新蕎麦の時期なので盛り蕎麦を注文
最初に出てきたお茶も漬け物もなかなか美味しい
また、注文をとる若い男性も真面目そうで好感が持てます
やがて到着、木曽の蕎麦は粗くて太めなイメージがありましたが、こちらは細打ち
つゆは甘めでたっぷりあります
ズルズルやりましたが香りも良くて美味しかった
また、蕎麦湯もたっぷり、しかもかなりの濃さで美味しかった
お茶がなくなると注ぎに来てくれたり、お店の方も終始にこやかでチームワークもよく、素敵なお店でした

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冬の木曽で食べるそばなら、やっぱりすんきそばですね。気候、漬け方‥言い伝えでは、身近な人に不幸があると味が落ち不味くなり、天候等に左右されやすく、毎年同じ味わいにならない難しい食材とまで言われる【すんき】(親族談)。
初めて食べたときは、こんな不味いそば!と、心底思い完食できませんでしたが、年を重ねるにつれ不思議な魅力にハマり、毎年違った味わいを楽しめるようになった木曽の伝統料理。個人的には、酸っぱい(ほぺったがしびれる感覚)すんきそばが好きです。
一般的にそば店のすんきは、食べやすいように酸味を抑え気味にされてるかもしれません(個人的感想)

In general, soba shop sunki may be made to have less acidity so that it is easier to eat (personal impression).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 好きなのは天ざるです。そばが2枚ついてきますが、1枚にすることも出来ます。揚げたての天ぷらは季節のものを揚げてくれるので季節感を味わいながらいただけます。そばもこしがあって香りも抜群です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 木曽合同庁舎前にお店があり平日の昼食は混み合っています。3時頃入店したのですぐに食べることができました。天ぷらがおいしかったです。そば湯は濃厚でそばを食べているようで飲みほしました。となり町の上松町出身の御嶽海の活躍した記事が壁に掲げてあり地元ぐるみで盛り上げてありました。
