ミシミシと噛み締めながら頂くお蕎麦は久しぶりです＼(^o^)／
刻んだ生揚げと長ネギが入った温そば＜天ぷら入りのぶっかけそば＜盛り蕎そば と、段々噛み締めないといけない(^^)v
盛りそばにはソバつゆとクルミだれが付いて来ます。
そば湯がとろとろで、ため息が出ちゃう?
☆5を付けたいですが、しょうゆ濃いめ味付けが-1?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大穴発見。あっと驚きの極細麺。木曽の蕎麦は太いのが主流なので、あえて極細を提供していると語る。極細なのに腰もあり、香りもある。辛汁は甘めに感じ、鰹節の香りが、全面に出ているので、これから改良の余地あり。普通の辛汁の他、クルミの辛汁も付いて来ます。
かけそばも、ざる同様の極細麺。しかし、腰砕けにならないのは、素晴らしい。また、かけの汁は秀逸の旨さ。まだ、30代であろうか、若い旦那。今後の大化けに期待したい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても美味しい蕎麦です。木曽の蕎麦らしくザラザラ感と腰が有るのに細麺です。蕎麦ダレは出汁が効いた濃い口で、更にごまだれが付きます。トロトロの蕎麦湯も最高でした。

昼食で、蕎麦と天ぷらをいただきました。
天ぷらは野菜天ぷらでサクサクしていて美味しかったです。
もちろん蕎麦も美味しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醤油ベースの甘めなツユとクルミのタレ（美味しい！）の二つで味わえました。地元で取れた山菜の天ぷらも土地感があり美味しかったです。シメの蕎麦湯はトロトロなので優しく身体が温まりましたよ。

鴨丼のミニとそばの中盛り。
腰のしっかりしたそばで、私好み！
くるみダレとつゆとが味わえて、嬉しい。
蕎麦湯は、濃いめで出汁も良くて、美味しくいただきました。
そば中950円、鴨丼ミニ350円で1300はありですね！
