Got my hair cut by Ms. Hanako Yagi. I originally had hair down to my waist and asked for a -30cm shorter haircut. I was happy they had a hair donation process as I was just wondering how I could go about donating my hair. The end result was everything I wanted and more. She had asked me if I regularly style my hair (blowdry/styling gel/hair iron etc.) to which I answered "hardly ever" and she cut my hair in a way that required very little maintenance. Overall, stunned with happiness from MINX Ginza. Thank you.

The service and everything was nice but I went home and spent a few days with that new style and found myself not loving it. So I made a call on Friday humbly asking them if they could fix it, they said yes and apologized even tho it wasn’t their fault. They were so nice and they cut my hair on that Friday, without any additional cost. I felt real bad for the hair dresser but he tried his best to make me feel comfortable and said that he was glad I called. They were all super nice and now I got the perfect haircut :) highly recommended!
