T	Tsunao Tsunao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 縮毛矯正をしましたが、リョウシュウホウという方が書いている口コミの写真とまったく同じビビり毛だらけの髪になってしまいました。自分かと思って驚いたくらい同じでした。しかも毛先だけでなくほぼ全頭、治るまでに何年かかるんだろうと途方もなく悲しくなりました。。トリートメント後に「つるつるでしょ」と強引にコメントを求められましたがその時点でお世辞もつるつるどころがゴワゴワ、苦笑するしかありませんでした。元々パーマやカラーをしていたので、「このダメージ毛でかけられますか？」と聞いていたので、かけられないならかけないで言ってほしかったです。おそらく原因はほぼアシスタントの女性（しかも不慣れなのかオドオドしてました）が施術されていたのもあると思います。縮毛矯正はかなり繊細な施術のはずなのに、担当さんは一瞬しか見ていませんでした。アシスタントの女性はアイロンもものすごく強くかけていましたし、オドオドしたアシスタントと二人っきり施術中も不安でしかなかったです。で、案の定、仕上がりがビビり毛だらけのゴワゴワ。。他の方も書いてますが、シャンプー後の放置（15～20分）もありました。寒かったです。昔のアフロートさんはもっと技術力が高かったのに、最近はどうしたんでしょうか。普段口コミなど書きませんが、もう行かないことを決めたので書きます。 I straightened my hair, but it turned out to be exactly the same as the photo of the word-of-mouth written by Ryoshuhou. k	k k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ インスタを見て初めて利用しましたが今後二度と行くことは無いと思います。担当スタイリスト(仲道)の態度が終始酷くて本当に嫌な思いをしました。。こんなに嫌な気持ちになった美容室は人生で初めてです(笑)ネガティブな口コミは普段書くことがありませんが、全力でこちらの美容室はおすすめしません。美容室に勤めていたので、どれだけ酷いかは一般のお客様より感じとれると思います。こちらは一応有名店という事で終始気を遣っていたのでこちらに問題があったとはどうしても思えず、最初から態度がひどかったのでただ機嫌が悪かったのか、(見込み客ではないと)人を見て態度を変えているのかもしれません。アシスタントのミスでもう一度お流しすることになっても謝罪ひとつなく、終始めんどくさそうな態度と失礼なやりとりで、髪を任せたことの後悔と不快感しかありませんでした。最後「セットしなくてもいいですか？」と聞かれたのですが今までのやり取りから「どうしますか？」と聞かれたのではなく「やらなくていいでしょ？」と言われたようにしか聞こえませんでした(笑)髪が上手く切れればトップスタイリストではありません。間違いなくこの方はトップスタイリストではありません。自分の言動を今一度見返ってみては？終始、こちらはマスク越しに愛想よく接し帰路につき、ホットペッパービューティーの口コミも良いことしか書きませんでした。(身バレしますので)こんな酷い態度をとられるいわれはなく、過去に何か怨恨があった相手だったのでは？と考えてしまうほどでした。この口コミを持ちまして記憶から消し去ります。新規の方はよくお考えになってください。 I used it for the first time after seeing Instagram, but I don't think I'll ever go there again.
