貴重品を入れてとジッパー付きポーチを渡されました。それ、何年前の仕組み？！
そのあと、席に通されて、希望を聞かれました。
正味10分くらいで、出来上がりは超微妙。
2800円だし、仕方ないと諦めてお店を出ました。
銀座でこの価格ですからね。
担当さんの感じの悪さは会計まで続き、
カードは片手で渡すし、
荷物の渡し方もテキトー、
ありがとうございましたの一言も言わされ感満載です。感じ悪すぎてポカンです。
AUBEと名前のつく美容室は100店舗以上あるそうですが、もう行かないと思います。

担当してくれた方のプロフィールを拝見したところ、11年目で全ての技術が得意と書いてありましたが、ヘアセットに関しては学び直したほうが良いかと思います...
そして、接客中に客の愚痴を言うのはプロ意識が乏しすぎます。聞いていて気分の良いものではないです。
一緒に行った友人は他のスタッフの方が可愛くセットしてくれていました。
スタッフによって技術の差が大きいと感じました。とても残念です。
