★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なんだかなー。スタッフの私たちはできますよ〜、一流ですよ〜的な、高飛車な態度が気に入らない。それはそれでいいけどさ、病院ってそんなAIみたいな対応されると、かえって感じ悪いって思ってしまうのは私だけかしら。
 I wonder what it is. As a staff member, we can do it, it's top notch, and I don't like the high-flying attitude. That's fine, but I wonder if I'm the only one who feels uncomfortable when hospitals are treated like AI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会社の人間ドックで初めて利用しました。
コロナ禍で胃カメラをやってくれる病院が少なく、鎮静剤ありでの対応が可能なところも少なかったため、こちらでおせわになりました。
結論から言うと、鎮静剤有りでの口からの胃カメラは、鎮静剤が効かないまま何の確認もなく開始され、結果オエッとなるのが止まらず、数人で体をおさえられながら苦痛の中、検査が進みました。
苦しいし、痛いし、涙は出るし、オエッとなるし、トラウマになりました。
お酒は弱い方ですし、薬を普段飲んでいる訳でもないのですが、ここまで効かない事もあるのでしょうか。
針を何度も刺さなくてもいいように、と点滴用？の針を最初に刺して固定しましたが、その後鎮静剤を入れる時、身をよじるほどの激痛でした。正しい場所に薬が入らなかったのでしょうか？
決して安い費用ではない、鎮静剤の追加料金を払ったのに、こんなに辛い思いをするなんて、完全に想定外でした。あの体験がショックすぎて、毎日思い出してしまいます。
検査後にまったく効かなかったことを伝えましたが（伝えなくてもわかるかと思いますが…）、個人差がありますので、の一言で余計に悲しくなりました。
別の腕でやった採血の後も大きなアザが数日消えませんでしたし、内科の問診もあまりにも簡単で、しっかり診て頂けたな、という気持ちにはなれませんでした。
とても残念で悲しいです。

I told him that it didn't work at all after the test (I think you can tell without telling me ...), but there are individual differences, so I was saddened by a single word.
The big bruise did not disappear for a few days after the blood was collected with another arm, and the internal medicine interview was so easy that I couldn't feel that I was able to get a good diagnosis.
I'm very sorry and sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ニューオータニの先のオフィスエントランスから入りますが、クラーク国際高校の登校時間に重なったようで、エレベータに乗る前に、だいぶ待ちました。試験期間中なのか、勉強しながら、エレベータを待っている生徒さんも多かったです。受付時間がそういう時間にぶつかりそうな方は、余裕を持って行かれることをお勧めします。大腸の内視鏡を受けましたが、麻酔を打たれて、いつ始まったのか、いつ終わったのか、わかりませんでした。覚えているのは、（たぶん 始まる前に）ガスを入れて膨らませるので、苦しかったら、口から はいてくださいって言われたのと、（多分 終わったときに）隣の部屋で休んでくださいって言われたことで、その間の記憶が全くありません。

今年は、入り口前で手の消毒と検温をしてから受付に通された。
木曜日がレディースデイのようだ。医師を始めスタッフも利用者も全員女性だった。
インフルエンザの予防接種が当日申し込みで受けられる。税込み3,960円。昨年はどうだったか覚えていない。
検査が一人終わるごとに、都度都度設備を消毒してくれていた。
採血が上手で嬉しかった。
眼圧眼底の検査の前にコンタクトレンズを外すので、替えのレンズを検査着のポケットに入れておくといい。→来年の自分へ?
今年は新型コロナ対策で、肺活量の検査、検診終了後のカフェ(飲み物とお菓子)が無かった。。?
その代わりに？、2000円分の食事券をくれた。これは契約内容にも依るだろう。

新型コロナ禍においても、徹底した感染対策はもちろんのこと、検査の迅速さや快適さが改善されており、非常に快適です。
人工知能を用いた内視鏡システムなど最新の設備も揃っており、スタッフの方が全員プロフェッショナルで、胃内視鏡検査もまったく苦痛がありませんでした。
受付の方の臨機応変な対応も素晴らしく、今年度も本当に助けていただきました。来年度以降もお世話になります。

設備も機材も良いものを揃えていらっしゃいました。
スタッフの方も清潔感が有り 手際良く健診を終えることが出来 時間のゆとりも出来ました。
夫婦一緒に健診しました。
夫は胃カメラをしました。麻酔をしているのですが短時間で終っていました。
気が付いた時には ベッドの上にいるのでまだ終わっていないと思ったと話していました。手際良く検査が終わった様です。
私は バリュウム検査でしたが 次回からは胃カメラの検査にしようと思います。
健診後にはカフェもあって 好みのドリンクとおやつでゆったりしました。
快適に健診を受ける事が出来ました。
女性には 持ち歩き用に小さなバッグやポーチも用意されていましたので 携帯と鍵を入れるバッグをお借りして大変助かりました。
もしも希望を 申し上げるなら 医師との対面の時に データーで送信されている 画像などでざっと結果をお知らせ下さると有り難いです。
もちろん ざっとで結構です。
正式には後日 送られて来る 結果表をで確認いたします。
来年も 受診したいと思います。
