★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大乗山清光寺。日蓮宗の寺院です。もともと清光院と称し本光寺の塔頭寺院として創建されましたが、独立し改名しました。本堂は大正12年(1923年)に震災で倒壊し、大正15年(1926年)に再建されています。新馬場駅南口から徒歩で約4分です。
Mahayana Seikouji Temple. It is a temple of the Nichiren sect. Originally called Seikoin, it was built as a temple of Honkoji, but it was renamed independently. The main hall collapsed in 1923 due to the earthquake and was rebuilt in 1926. It is about a 4-minute walk from the south exit of Shimbamba Station.

It was right behind Honkoji Temple. The decoration of the dragon in the main hall is amazing. It was the same Nichiren sect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 京浜急行新馬場の駅から４，５分のところにある日蓮宗のお寺さんです。大通りから一本裏に入ったところにあるので、ひっそりとしています。本堂の彫刻は有名な彫刻家による作品なので一度ご覧になってはいかがでしょうか。
It is a Nichiren Buddhist temple located 4 or 5 minutes from the Shin-Baba station on the Keikyu line. It's quiet because it's just behind the main street. The sculptures in the main hall are works by famous sculptors, so why not take a look?
