でも先生の本当のスゴさは、体の不調を改善する方法を知っていること。聞けばアドバイスをくれるので、やってみる。次回訪問時にうまくできたこと、うまくできなかったこと、説明がわからなかったことを聞くと説明してくれる。
自分の体と長く付き合っていく覚悟を決めた人におすすめ。
