★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初入店。入口入って右手の券売機で購入。今日は、ランチセット（800円）しょうゆを選択。運ばれて匂いかんだらスープからは生姜の香りが。きざみ玉ねぎとねぎとしそのみじん切り入り。チャーシューは厚めの２枚。スープはやさしい味で見た目より意外にあっさり。麺は初めはバリっと硬めだが時間と共に柔くなる。麺は多めだったら炊き込みごはんは付けるじゃなかったな。チャーシューは厚めでいいんだけど柔らかすぎるかな。もう少し硬めにして薄くてもいいかも。味は良いのでチャーシューに工夫があるといいかな。それとスープはもっと熱くしてほしいな。12時過ぎ入店で
オイラ１人でした。途上店舗なのだろう。好きなスープで珍しく結構飲んだな。また近いうちに訪問します。
2回目訪問。今回はしお。味、うすいかな。でも、レモン絞っても味が気にならないからしっかりしているかも。

It was one oiler. It is a developing store. I drank quite a lot with my favorite soup. I will visit again soon.
Second visit. This time Shio. The taste is light. But it doesn't matter if you squeeze the lemon, so maybe it's solid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、テレビで尾形さんと狩野さんが来てるの見て気になっていたお店に初訪問です。駐車場は店の横のバイクショップの更に横に1台分です。黄色の三角コーンが目印です。食券制。初訪問のお店は醤油が多いのですが、無性に煮干しが食べたくなったので煮干し極に煮卵トッピングで注文。店内はカウンターと奥に座敷で結構な人数入れます。10分もせずに着丼。しっかり煮干しですが臭みはなく美味しいスープでした。美味しいラーメンですが、駐車場少ないのと地下鉄からの距離はちょい微妙ですね…頑張って欲しいです。また来ます。

平日の11時20分に着きました。準備中となってましたが、勝手に入店していく人が居たので、そういうスタイルのお店なのかな？
にぼし極を食べました。
スープの色合いよりも、あっさりしていて食べやすかったです。
ランチセットの炊き込みご飯も美味しかった?
ただし駐車場が1台分しかなく不便

流行の低加水ストレート硬麺に弾力の強い低温調理チャーシューが強く印象に残りました。チャーシューの色合いは少し不安を誘う感じです。
動物出汁強めが好きな方にはフィットする中華そばだと思います。
煮干しや塩も食べてみたいです。
無化調の可能性があります。

I had Chinese soba soy sauce today for my first visit.
The trendy low-hydration straight hard noodles and the highly elastic low-temperature cooked char siu left a strong impression on me. The color of the char siu is a little disturbing.

炊き込みご飯が付いたランチセット（ラーメンは醤油）をオーダー。
チャーシューは大きめのローストハム系と鶏の二種類入っており、かなりボリュームがあります。スープもあっさり系を想像しておりましたが非常に醤油の旨味を感じるものでした。
炊き込みご飯も焼豚がゴロゴロ入ってご飯にもタレがしみてます。
このセットで800円は非常にお得感がありますね。また再訪して今度は塩を食べてみたいと思います。

駐車場が1台だけですが、いつもすんなり駐車出来ます。
お客さんがあまり入ってない事が多いですが、何食べても美味しいです。
低温調理のチャーシューは変えて欲しいです。

スープは煮干しが溶け込んで茶色く見えますが、煮干しの出汁を感じる反面でクセ、臭みはほとんど感じない、さらりとしたスープです。
麺は細麺のストレートです。こちらは、ややスープに絡みにくい印象を受けました。
そのくらいスープがサラサラです。
チャーシューは豚肉と鶏肉です。
豚肉は最近よく見かける低温調理された肉で、味付けもやはり塩ベースでした。
鶏肉は胸肉ですが、固さやパサつきを感じない丁寧な調理がされていると思います。やや甘味を感じる味付けでした。
トッピングは刻みタマネギ、メンマが3つ、三つ葉。
駐車場が店舗を挟んで道路の向かい側に1台しかないようなので、車ではなかなか行きにくいかもしれません。
でも、近くにあったら通うクオリティだと思います。
