しかも今の店が前のお店を真似るかのようなラーメンを出しているのも俺としては嫌だな。
事情を知らなければずっと続いていたのではないかと思ってしまう。
本家の味を知っている人ならすぐ気付きます。
偽物だということを。
やるなら真似などせず、独自のラーメンを作るべき。食べに行って失敗したと思うラーメンでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場は手前角を曲がってズズッと奥の右側過度に3台止められます。小さく看板が出ています。味玉中華と裏メニュー中辛と高菜ご飯大を頼みました。裏メニュー中辛は辛いけどラー油が入ってないので唇にビリビリ来る感じではないです。そこそこスープも飲めますが、刻んだネギがノドにくっついてむせそうになるので気を付けてください。そして先に裏メニューを食べると中華そばの味がわかりません！スープを飲んでも甘い感じしか分かりませんでした…。高菜ご飯は、それ程で脂っこくなく、下にはチャーシューの刻んだのが入っていました。麺の量は少なめなので高菜ご飯か？大盛り100円プラスで次は中華そばかな！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前は製麺所をやっていたという、店のオススメは中華そばと言うだけあって、地元のテレビ局でも紹介されたお店です。
ストレートの細麺と細かく刻んだネギたっぷりのあっさり味醤油味スープとのバランスはとてもよく美味しいです。
手の込んだバラ肉のチャーシューやメンマも味付けもなかなかです。
自分はあっさり味のラーメンが好きなのですが、パンチの効いたラーメンがお好きな方は辛さの選べる裏メニューを試してみるのもいいと思います。
中辛を裏メニューで注文するお客さんが多いみたいで激辛は相当辛いみたいです。
営業は17時迄のようですが、スープが無くなり次第閉店のなるのでお昼の時間帯にいく方が無難です。
