★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近くに用事あったので久々の来店。12時頃の入店でしたが既に満席で2組待ちでした。食券制です。タンタンメン大辛でチャーシューとモヤシをトッピングしました。お一人様だったのでカウンター直ぐに着席できました。寒かったので大辛頼んだですが旨辛です。しかし最後には汗だくでお腹いっぱいです。また来ます。
 It's been a while since I had a business nearby. I entered the store around 12 o'clock, but it was already full and I was waiting for two groups. It is a meal ticket system. Tantanmen is very spicy and topped with char siu and bean sprouts. Since I was alone, I was able to take a seat immediately at the counter. It was cold so I asked for it, but it's delicious. But at the end I'm sweaty and full. I will come again.

ニンニクのきいたスープが最高です。
苦手な人は苦手かと思います。
辛さが選べます。
見た目はとても辛そうですが、大辛でもそんなに辛さは感じません。たまごの影響なのかうまみのほうが強く感じます。
ライスに卵とスープをかけて食べるのも美味しいです。
New Tan Tan Men is very spicy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 神奈川発祥のチェーン店のようですが、仙台ではここでしか食べられない味。見た目はコッテリに見えますが実はあっさりです。醤油ベース、溶き卵、ひき肉、唐辛子、ニンニクが結構な大きさで刻んでに入っています。匂いのことをかんがえると金曜の夜とかに食べに行ってます。本当に美味しいおすすめです。コロナ対策も万全で、大きな間仕切りも設置してあります。安心して来店できます。

今回は味噌ラーメンにしてみました。
麺はタンタンメン同様、ストレートのツルツル太め。
もやしとひき肉、ニンニクもたっぷり乗ってます。
辛そうに見えるけど、辛くないです。
これからの季節にぴったりのラーメンでした。
家族は、タンタンメンの普通と控えめを注文してました。
控えめは、子供でも食べられます。辛くないです。
神奈川を中心に展開してるようで、東北ではここ一軒しかないようです。

久しぶりに訪問しました。
食べたことがない人は驚くと思いますが、スープ自体は割とさっぱりした味で、辛味とニンニクをきかせることでニュータンタンメンになります。
大辛にしましたが、卓上の辛味を追加しながらいただきました。辛いのに強い人はもっと辛くしてもいいと思います。癖になる味で、締めにライスに卵とニンニクを載せて食べるのが定番です。

I made it very spicy, but I had it while adding the spiciness on the table. I think that people who are strong in spicy food can be spicy. It has a addictive taste, and it is standard to put eggs and garlic on rice to finish it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 関東圏、といっても川崎を中心にした神奈川県内に店が集中していますね。横浜に住んでいたときたまに行っていました。
なぜか飛び地のように宮城県にも出店されていたことを知って訪問。
横浜で行っていた店は古びた風情だったけど、こちらは新しくきれいな店のつくり。
担々麺も当時たべていたものそのもので、懐かしく美味い！
横浜では単に担々麺だけ食べていたけれど、ご飯に具のひき肉・卵をのせて丼風にしたり、スープにライスを投入して雑炊風にして食べるのもオススメ、とのことでライスも注文。
たしかに、スープにつけるとクッパ風の雑炊、いけますね！
近所にあったらいいのになあ～。
