★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日のランチで伺いました。ネタは美味しくはあるのですが、シャリがもう少しふっくらして欲しいな、硬めかなと思いました。(これはこのみかな…) 昼のコスパはいいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一休でディナー予約。(後からわかったことですが)他の予約もないのに入り口に近い席に通されてあまり気分はよくありませんでした。サービスはやや過剰？タイミングを見て察して欲しいです。醤油は辛めでタレは甘め。山葵は一品目のものは美味しかったですが、お造りについてきたものは…？お新香は、醤油と同じ傾向かと思いましたが、甘めの薄味です。シャリの具合はまあまあ悪くないですが、酢の味は控えめ。値段相応かなという感じです。

I want you to look at the timing and understand it. The soy sauce is spicy and the sauce is sweet. Wasabi was delicious for one item, but what came with the sashimi ...? I thought that Shinka had the same tendency as soy sauce, but it was sweet and thin. Shari's condition is not so bad, but the taste of vinegar is modest. It feels like it's worth the price.

特に握りは、形もとても美しく、一貫一貫丁寧に握られたことがわかる。そして何より口の中に入れたときにハラリとほどけるようなお寿司。ランチ1200円でこれはとてもありがたいです。
そんな職人気質な大将が江戸前にないサーモンを握っていたので不思議に思いながら食べてみると、美味しくて驚いた。塩が効いていて、初めての味わい。聞いてみると「脂が乗りすぎているので、塩で締めている」とのこと。なるほど。
ランチもクレジットカードが使えました。(有難い)
最後にケーキが出てきたのですが、ダイエット中で食べられないので遠慮したい旨をお話すると、甘い甘い柿を出していただけました。お気遣いに感謝します。(わがまま言ってすみません)
