外苑前エリアの地下にある、創作モダンフレンチなお店です。
席数はそこまで多くないですが、味はもちろん、盛り付け、ストーリーにこだわった料理と、丁寧な接客、ペアリングが凄く良かったです。
ランチの7品のコースに、ワインのペアリングで、1人あたり15000円くらいでした。
もちろんランチにしては贅沢な金額ですが、それだけの価値を感じられるレベルでした。
記念日やお祝いなどにもオススメです。
 I went to lunch on Sunday.
It is a creative modern French restaurant in the basement of the Gaienmae area.
The number of seats is not so many, but the taste, as well as the serving, the dishes that are particular about the story, the polite customer service, and the pairing were very good.
It was about 15,000 yen per person for a 7-course lunch course and wine pairing.
Of course, it was a luxurious amount for lunch, but it was a level where you could feel the value.
It is also recommended for anniversaries and celebrations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’eau is my favorite restaurant in Tokyo. The food is both beautiful and super delicious! It’s a wonderful experience to dine at L’eau. Can’t wait for my two boys to get a bit older so that I can introduce them to L’eau. Until then, my wife and I will have to enjoy it on our own. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to celebrate my sisters bday. Covid policies were in place and other two customers were very far away from our table. Had a total of 14 dishes which were all so delicate and very detailed. The chef really extracted each raw ingredient's umami flavor letting the ingredients stand out. Loved the interior design of slick black and some sparkles in the stone walls.
