若い大将が丁寧に仕事をした品々が味わえます。
食事もお酒も美味しくいただけ、満足感はかなり高かったです！
特に鮪のすき焼きが最高でした！
大将曰く、このお店のオリジナルだそうです。
また行きたいな。
ごちそうさまでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しっかりした技術だけで無く、創意工夫に溢れたお寿司がいただけます。客対応もとても良く満足度高いです。まだ開店されたばかりで星もついていませんし、予約も先まで埋まっているわけではないようですが、今後容易に星を取りそうなお店です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今どき流行りのスタイルの鮨屋。おまかせコースのみ。あざとい味のツマミと鮨。ネタはあらかじめ切ってあり、カウンター前に置いてあた。大声で話すお客様の呼気が飛んできてますよ！店主はイケメン。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 将司さんがミシュランを獲得されたその日にうかがいました。お祝いのワインがお客さんからお店の方に贈られたりと、お祝いムードの中で、素晴らしい味を堪能。
最初の一口目から、とてもとても笑顔になれました。日本酒の味はもちろん器も素敵でした。今年食べたものの中で1番美味しかったです。
追伸。なぜかピカソの作品や涅槃を彷彿とさせる大根のオブジェなども鑑賞できるという。

鮨将司さん
ランチからゆっくりディナーと同じように食べられてお酒も飲めてって最高だよね?
カウンターと個室一つあるお店でオープンして2年目だそうです。
夜はいっぱいで個室しか空いてなかったそうで、カウンターがいいからランチにしたと言う、とても賢そうで日本語ペラペーラな中国出身、アメリカ育ちの方がお隣のお席で2組だったので、ご主人含めてみんなでお話ししながら楽しい時間を過ごせました✨
握りはもちろんだけど、おつまみも一つ一つ個性的で良かったなぁ。
鱒のお上品な味にスモーキーさが加わったり、シャキシャキプリプリの貝に生七味。
生七味買いたいくらい気に入った。
赤貝もハマグリもプリンプリンで貝美味しかったなぁ。
今回1番気に入った器は茶碗蒸しのやつ。
素敵すぎて私も買いたい。
最後追加して頂いたのも美味しかったし、
蒸し海老についての知識とかも知れて嬉しかった。
あと、なんでも新鮮釣りたてだけがいいってわけではなくて、食材を職人さんの技術でそのまま食べるよりさらに美味しく味わえるのが江戸前鮨と言うことを知れました✨
和のきっちり修業されてる職人さんたちの話は楽しい??
