上	上岡秀行 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出前館の配達員としてよく来ていました。以前から自社工場で麺を作っているということで食べてみたいと思い来店。お店の方におすすめをお伺いしましたところ、赤鷹ということで赤鷹ラーメンと三元豚餃子、デッからあげをいただきました。写真はしっかりとたいらげたあとですｗ店員さんが丁寧に答えてくれました。親しみやすいお店です。味音痴な僕は味については詳しく言及できませんが、おすすめです。 I used to come as a deliveryman at the delivery hall. i	i MAD86 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場はお店の敷地内。隣のインド料理のお店と共通で、常用車で約10台ほど置ける。置き方によっては中型トラック1台ぐらいなら置けそうですが微妙。席はカウンターもテーブル席も程々に有り、仕事中ランチもファミリー利用も可能。ラーメンやセットの種類が色々有り、食券では無く席で注文するスタイル。いつもは解らないが、平日ランチで12:10頃に入店したら、店内は7割程度の客入りだったにも関わらず注文から着丼までたっぷり20分以上待たされてランチタイムを過ぎそうになり、よその席でも『会社に戻るのが遅れそうだ』と電話をかけ始める始末。ウチも周りの注文品も普通の日替わりセットの様子。今日は厨房で何か事故でも起きたのか？肝心の味は。塩豚骨だが博多ラーメンでは無い。麺は普通の中太麺。スープの濃さも普通。この麺とスープだけなら☆2。しかし、かなり厚みの有るチャーシューは、チャーシューと言うよりは少し固めな豚バラの角煮である事が個人的に少し嬉しい。これで☆3。その他は特に良くも悪くも無い。ランチセットで付いてきたキーマカレーは、ごはんの量に対してカレーの量が少ないが、これはラーメンに投入するのだろう。 The parking lot is on the premises of the shop.
