都内で中華そばなら上位三本の指に入るレベルで美味しい名店。 スタンダードの醤油、塩、つけ麺をそれぞれ食べました。(醤油とつけ麺の画像は味玉トッピング) 初めて挑戦するときは醤油か塩をオススメします。 いつでも行列が絶えないので、並ぶ必要があります。 〜以下並び方〜 ①後方の電柱側に並ぶ ②並びが進むと店員さんに前に進むよう促されます ③お店側に進み、前から順に食券を購入 ④案内されたら店内に着席 ※お冷はカウンター上のものをセルフで。 ⑤着丼したら思う存分味わいましょう。 〜レビュー〜 麺は舌触りはなめらかでツルツルプリプリとしていて噛んだ時に小麦の香りがふわっと香るストレート中太麺。 スープは煮干し系と鶏ガラなどの動物系の合わせ出汁。 ただここのスゴイところは、煮干しを使いながらも全く臭みやエグみがないところ。 純粋に旨味だけを抽出したかのような完成度の高いスープ。ここは本当にすごい。 ちなみにおつまみメンマは小皿に山盛りのメンマが盛られて提供されるようで、常連と思しきお客さんはそれをつまみにビールを飲みながらラーメンの出来上がりを待っている。 次回は山盛りメンマ&ビールに挑戦しようと思います。 あっさり系でありながらも何度でもリピートしたくなる、そんな名店です。

Very good Tsukemen, but the broth was lukewarm. It’s unfortunate that so many tsukemen chefs tend to plate cold ingredients that immediately cool the hot broth. I assume I’m not the only one with this complaint. The broth was so tasty! Why can’t it be hot! I’ll still give four stars because it honestly tasted awesome, even cold.

350g portion is too big! I feel regret after eating too much. But it was oishii. There is even a 700g portion! Next time, I would get 250g I went here because this place was rated one of the best ramen spots in Tokyo.

There is soul in the ramen. I was so moved that I finished all the soup. The soup is so good and tasty. And the noodles are made by themselves. The Nami (並) is much enough for an adult. Be careful of the way get in to the store. Do not line up before the bus stop. All I can wish is the owner is healthy so I can visit Benten again.❤️❤️❤️
