樫	樫原史朗 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 学生時代に毎日のように通っていた、“あの”スタミナラーメンの名店、代紋が復活したのは嬉しい。これは間違いない。以前、閉店の知らせを聞いた時は、「日本一うまいラーメンがもう食べられなくなってしまう」と悲しかったので、数年前に今のお店を発見した時は、飛び上がりそうな気持ちでした。なんですが、何度か食べさせていただいた感想は「やっぱり、“あの”スタミナラーメンはもう食べられないのかなあ」ということ。個人的には下赤塚の最初のお店の頃の味が一番好きでした。その後、成増寄りに移転して、店は綺麗に大きくなったけど、その時も、味に若干、「あれっ」と思った記憶がありました。その分、スタミナバラ肉チャーシューメンのような新メニューができたので良かったのですが。今のお店は、さらに「あれっ」感が強いんですよね。確かに、“あの”代紋のような味付けなのは分かるのですが。何度か食べに行っているし、気のせいじゃなくて、やっぱり、何かが足りないような。以前、某名店のおかみさんが、震災後にお店をなかなか再開しない理由を聞かれて、「震災で一度、鍋を空けてしまったから、なかなかスープが前の味に戻らないのよ」と答えていたのを思い出します。やっぱりラーメンって奥が深いんでしょうね。今の店主さんは、最初のお店の時から厨房の中にいたのは覚えているので、「味の代紋」の正統の後継者なのは知っています。頑張ってほしいし、応援しています。次に行ったとき、「やっぱりこれこれ、この味が食べたかったんだ～」って思えればうれしいなあ。 I'm glad that the famous "that" stamina ramen shop, Daimon, which I used to go to every day when I was a student, has revived. k	kura kura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先ず初めにびっくりしたこと。店に入って客席に店主が座っていて御出迎えです。いらっしゃいませ無し。たんたんとセルフの水をつぎ客席に。とりあえず注文。ラーメンとビール。メニューに生ビールとビールがあったので違いをきいたら、生ビールか瓶ビールらしいです。注文待ちの間にトイレを借りましたが…換気扇のコンセント抜かれてる？刺してみたが換気扇回らない。あとは単純にトイレ汚い。散らかってる。地震でもあった？トイレから出たらラーメンと生ビールきてた。物足りなかったので餃子も頼んだ。至って普通のラーメンと餃子と生ビール。1500円で領収書もらって帰る。当たり前のように宛名は上様でかかれた。きかれなかった。領収書はやたら立派です。社版ではなく印刷されている。駐車場?️の看板の矢印の向きがわかりずらい。最後にもちろんありがとうございました。も無かった。 The first thing that surprised me.
