ビ	ビースリー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 休み明けの火曜日昼に牛久に来たついでに口コミをチェックして初訪問。お客様がほとんどいない感じで大丈夫かと思いましたが、そんな杞憂はすべて吹っ飛ぶお店でした。まず一人なのに、霞ケ浦が見える旅館の部屋のような個室に通され、感動。料理は色々食べたかったので、税込み4730円のAコースにしましたが、お茶→茶碗蒸し＋卵焼き＋お茶→わかさぎフライ→うな重＋お吸い物＋おしんこ＋もずく＆とろろ→メロン→コーヒーと順番に、とても感じの良い女性が仲居さんのごとく持ってきてくれました。鰻はもちろん美味しかったですが、特筆すべきはわかさぎフライです。子持ちで、全く臭みも油っぽさもなく、レモン汁だけで素材の味を堪能できました（今まで食べた中で一番かも）。そして、フルーツのメロンも写真のように立派で美味しかったです（よくある、とりあえずつけましたといったものではないです）！東京都心なら1万円くらいとられてもおかしくない内容なのに、5000円でおつりがくるなんて！サービス精神とホスピタリティに富んだ思い出に残る店でした。 After coming to Ushiku on Tuesday afternoon after the holidays, I checked the reviews and visited for the first time. I thought it would be okay if there were few customers, but all of that was a shop that was blown away. First of all, even though I was alone, I was impressed by being passed through a private room like the room of an inn where I could see Kasumigaura. I wanted to eat various dishes, so I chose the A course for 4730 yen including tax, but in the order of tea → chawanmushi + omelet + tea → fried smelt → unaju + soup + shinko + mozuku & tororo → melon → coffee, it is very A nice woman brought it like Mr. Nakai. The eel was delicious, of course, but the fried smelt was especially noteworthy. I had a child and had no odor or oiliness at all, and I was able to enjoy the taste of the ingredients with just lemon juice (maybe the best I have ever eaten). And the fruit melon was also splendid and delicious as shown in the picture (it's not something that you often put on for the time being)! In central Tokyo, it wouldn't be strange to get around 10,000 yen, but you can get a change for 5,000 yen! It was a memorable shop with a spirit of service and hospitality.

義	義博（ニコマート） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族5人で訪れました。時節がらかお店全体を貸し切り状態でした。 2階の部屋でゆっくりゆっくりくつろげました。すぐそばに霞ヶ浦が日本庭園越しに見えますが本日は大雨の大荒れで鵜が電線に行列作って必死にしがみついていました。鰻は焦げ目もあって香ばしく軽めで好みの味でした。食後の昼寝もよかった。スミマセン。お世話になりました。 I visited with 5 family members. The entire shop was reserved for a while. I was able to relax slowly in the room on the second floor. Kasumigaura can be seen over the Japanese garden right next to it, but today the cormorants lined up on the electric wires and clung to it desperately due to the heavy rain. 紫	紫陽花 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 霞ヶ浦がすぐ前に見える、雰囲気の良いお店。平日でもお客さんが沢山来ていましたがちょうど1組お帰りになったとの事で予約無しでも大丈夫でした。全て個室なのでコロナ禍でも落ち着けます。接客は素朴だけど悪くない感じ。鰻美味しかったです。 A restaurant with a nice atmosphere where you can see Kasumigaura right in front of you. There were a lot of customers even on weekdays, It was okay without a reservation because just one group returned. All are private rooms, so you can calm down even if you have a corona. The customer service is simple but not bad. The eel was delicious.
