ふわふわだけど皮がパリッと焼けていて香ばしく、ただの甘さだけでは無い美味しさがあります。
ご飯は少なめなので特上にするとうなぎとの配分が難しいかな。
でもとっても贅沢で美味しかったです！
土用の丑の日の前の土曜日との事でとても忙しそうでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レビュー数が300件ほどあり、以前から気になっていたお店で、今回初めて入りました。うなぎは、特上、上、並とあり、うなぎの部位が違うのかなと思ったら、グラム数が違うみたいです。
うなぎは小骨も気にならず、ふっくらと柔らかくおいしくいただけました。重箱が大きく、初めは食べきれるか不安でしたが、量はちょうど良かったです。肝吸いは、柚子の香りがよく、繊細な味わい。肝は臭みや苦味もなく食べられました。肝は身よりもビタミンが豊富なようです。食べた感じは肝の下処理もきちんとしていると思いました。
高安関のサインや写真も飾られており、相撲ファンの方にもお勧めしたいお店です。
店主は調理師免許を取得しており、衛生管理も行き届いているので、安心して利用できます。
あえてマイナス点を言うなら、個人店だから仕方がないと思いますが、駐車場の台数に限りがあるのと、大型車は停めにくいことでしょうか。

The shop is also decorated with Takayasu Seki's signatures and photos, and is recommended for sumo fans.
The owner has a license as a cook and has good hygiene, so you can use it with confidence.
If I dare to say the negative point, I think that it can not be helped because it is a private store, but is it difficult to park large cars because the number of parking lots is limited?

以前並でも十分に美味しかったので特上食べたく足を運びました。
タレは濃すぎず香ばしくふわふわで脂のノリも良く好みです。
もちろん臭みやザラつきなどはありません。

お新香、小鉢、肝水が付いてきます。
鰻の焼き上がりはフワフワ系で口の中に入るとゴハンと共に口の中で解されます。
タレは濃くなくあっさりしていました。
ドライブ中に現地でGoogleマップにて検索し、開店時間15分程前に到着し駐車場で待機していると地元の方々が続々と開店待ちをする人気店さんでした‼︎
出先で見つけた店ですが私の好みの味でしたので満足させていただきました‼︎
