T	Takami Kakuta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方が書かれていましたが、客席よりも厨房が広くなってる。数年前までこのスペースで営業していた鉄板焼の店(RA)よりも厨房が倍近くになってる。カウンター席が10席。待合用の長椅子が壁際にあるが。平日の正午過ぎに訪ねると、既に2人待ち。暫く外で待つ。テントも庇も無いのでツライ。15分ほどの待ちで席に着く。厨房内は調理のお兄さんと配膳片付け注文取のお姉さんのお二人。どちらも明るくて良い感じ❣️評判のお店ですから待つのは当たり前。注文してから、10分ほどで先ずはラーメン。その後5分ほどで焼き飯が配膳。今回は初回、基本の中華そば　¥750-に焼き飯(半) ¥250-のセットに味玉 ¥100-追加。好みはあるでしょうが、麺は◎。出汁は△。味覚が衰えたのか単純な味に感じる。亜鉛不足か？ラーメンの素人の私には美味いとも不味いとも言えません。炒飯は手抜き無くと言いますか、温かい白飯をその都度炒めて丁寧にお造りになってる。私以外のお客さん達も殆どが同じセットの注文してはりました。 Others wrote it, but the kitchen is wider than the audience seats. B	Bob Cat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人づてに美味しいお店と聞いて行ってみました。お昼ごろに行くとすでに満席でした。駐車場はありますが、少々出入りがしづらいです。カウンターのみで10席ほど。行ったときはお二人で店を切り盛りされていましたが、オーナーさんの手際がテキパキと非常に良く、リズミカルにラーメンと焼きめしが出来上がっていく様を見ていると、長い待ち時間も苦になりませんでした。今回は魚介スープの中華そばを頂きました。評判通りの美味しさでしたが、ノーマルの中華そばの方が良かったなと少し後悔しました。次回挑戦したいと思います。スープまでしっかり飲み干せるラーメンです。焼きめしもシンプルで大好きな味でした。行列覚悟でまた来ます。ごちそうさまでした。 I asked people about it as a delicious restaurant. 西	西郷三四郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022-2-7 腹ペコで(笑)訪問しました。旨いですね～?昔ながらの醤油中華そばの味わいでメンマは臭みなくしゃきしゃき、ネギもスープと口に含むといいアクセントになり、ナルト?も嬉しい?チャーシューは提供直前に炙ってくれます。唯一残念なのはメンマと炙ってくれたチャーシューに冷蔵の名残りがありスープが早めにぬるくなってしまったことかな?味玉もタレにしっかり浸けこまれており半熟加減もパーフェクト❗️麺の固さは指定しなかったですが少し柔目で喉ごし良く美味しくいただきました❗️ちなみに写真には無いですが、チャーハンも美味しかったですよ。お好きなラーメンに+２５０円でチャーハンセットにできます。時間を外し１７時半に行きましたが満席で人気の高さを伺わせますね。 2022-2-7 I visited with a hungry peco (laughs).
