m	masaki azuma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 写真は屋号と同名の「スタミナ祭ラーメン」700円。カウンター7席程と小さなテーブル席が2つのこじんまりしたお店です。13時前の入店でしたがカウンターがほぼ満席だったので奥のテーブル席に案内してもらいました。程なく到着したラーメンは、麺の上に白菜、もやし、ニラ、玉ねぎといった炒めた野菜がたっぷり載ってます。以前東灘の方にあったベトコンラーメンみたいな感じです。お店の方が運んでくれた時に、熱いですよって言われていたので、先ずは慎重にお野菜を一口。シャキッとしてて濃いめの味付で美味しいです。残りはスープと馴染ませていただく事にしました。そのスープは醤油ベースなのでしょうか。不透明でこってりっぽく見えますがそうでもないです。野菜が濃いめの味付でしたが、スープと合わせるととても良い加減になりました。麺は中太の角のある麺。軽くコシがあって気持ち柔らかめです。トッピングはお野菜の他に味玉半分とゴロゴロしたチャーシュー。チャーシューは噛みごたえがあってGOODです。途中、テーブル置きの辛味にんにくも投入しましたが、見た目と違ってマイルドなので多めに投入しても平気です。熱いですよって言われたのは炒めた野菜のことで、それはスープに沈めてもいつまでも熱く、むしろスープまで熱くして、最後の最後まで熱々でいただけました。ごちそうさまでした! It is crispy and has a strong flavor and is delicious. I decided to blend the rest with the soup. Is the soup based on soy sauce? It looks opaque and thick, but it's not. The vegetables had a strong flavor, but when combined with the soup, it became very nice. The noodles are medium-thick, horned noodles. It is light and chewy and soft. In addition to vegetables, the toppings are half-flavored pork and roasted char siu. Char siu is chewy and GOOD. On the way, I added spicy garlic on the table, but it's mild unlike the appearance, so it's okay to add more. I was told that it was hot because it was stir-fried vegetables, which were always hot even when submerged in the soup, but rather hot to the soup, and it was hot until the very end.
