Y	Yutaka Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日は畑へ行く前に「麺屋隊長」さんでラーメンを食べる予定でしたが、お店が閉まってました？店を閉めてしまったのか？と思い調べてみると、店主さんが体調不良だとの事で、しばらく閉店するそうです。残念です〜。そこで、出来てから一度も行ったことのない丸源ラーメン神戸有野店さんへ行ってみました〜！丸源ラーメンさんは、会社の出張先で最近行ったので馴染みがあります。「肉そば」がメインのお店です。当然のように肉そばを注文しました〜！トッピングは豚バラ肉、タマネギスライス、海苔、刻みネギです。麺は中太ストレート麺。腰がありますが、もう少し固めの方が好きかも。スープは豚バラ肉と豚骨。透明な醤油の和風スープです。滋賀にある「ちゃんぽん亭」さんの豚そばのような感じです。スープは熱々で美味しかったです。日曜日の昼時とあって、外待ちのお客さんも居ましたね。その前に入店できてラッキーでした。 Yesterday, I was planning to eat ramen at "Menya Taicho" before going to the field, but was the shop closed? も	ももはる on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初来店でした。駐車場は広く止めやすいです。唐揚げギョーザセット(ラーメンは肉そば)を頼みました。餃子は焼き加減バッチリで、酢と特製ラー油を入れた餃子のタレを付けて美味しく頂きました。唐揚げはイマイチ。もう少し塩味がある方がおいしいです。豚バラ肉がたくさん載っている肉そばは美味しい。スープはすき焼き風で甘味、塩味、旨味のあるスープで美味しかったですね。その後替え麺を頼みました。1杯目より替え麺の麺の方が量が多いと思いました。真実は果たして... 店員さんも元気でテキパキしていて印象が良いです。店内に入る前に温度測定、アルコール除菌も出来るようになっています。店内は広く、コロナ感染の恐れも無いと思います。野沢菜醤が無料で食べられます。 2度目の来店時はチャーハン餃子ランチ(ラーメンは赤とんこつラーメン)を頼みました。肉そばが人気ですが、個人的にはとんこつラーメンの方が好きです。豚骨の旨味がしっかり出ている気がします。白とんこつ、赤とんこつ、おすすめです。 It was my first visit.
