★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ツーリングで国道176号線を走ってたらいつも駐車場が満車のラーメン店が気になってたので今回初訪問。『だしと麺』って名前がまた凄いね。飛魚そば880円、からあげライス350円を注文(消費税込みの値段設定最高)会計1230円でした。麺はこだわりの自家製麺みたいで店舗入口横で麺打ちをやってました。こう言うの見る事無いから面白かったわ。スープは超薄味の飛魚スープでした。小生はこってり濃口ラーメンを基本メインで食べてるので口に合わないかな？って予想してたけどめっちゃ胃に優しくて旨いって思いました。このパターンはチャーシューの獣臭が凄い残ってんやろなって思ってたけど全然そんな事無くて素晴らしい技術やと感心しました。またチャーシューは普通に旨かったしさ。唐揚げの味は普通かな。麺の大盛変更は無料サービスで最高でした(替玉160円は高すぎやけど)このラーメンは女性に好まれる味やと感じたしだから親子連れの客が多いんやろなと理解したわ。ご飯は小生好みの硬いライスで最高やった。無料サービスの漬物系は無かった。おろしニンニクとかも当然無かった(この薄味スープには不要やと思う)各席水ピッチャー完備でスタッフが全体的に元気な感じで好印象やった。店内めっちゃ清潔な感じで良かったです
 When I was touring on Route 176, I was always worried about the ramen shop where the parking lot was full, so I visited for the first time this time. The name "Dashi to Men" is amazing again. I ordered flying fish soba for 880 yen and karaage rice for 350 yen (the highest price setting including consumption tax) was 1230 yen. The noodles are like homemade noodles, and I used to make noodles next to the store entrance. It was fun because I never saw this. The soup was an ultra-light flying fish soup. I'm eating thick ramen as a basic dish, so I wonder if it fits my taste. I expected it, but I thought it was really kind to the stomach and delicious. I thought that this pattern had a great residual odor of char siu, but I was impressed with the wonderful technique without such a thing at all. Also, the char siu was delicious as usual. Is the taste of fried chicken normal? The big change of noodles was the best with a free service (160 yen for a replacement ball is too expensive) I felt that this ramen had a taste that women liked, so I understood that there are many customers with parents and children. I did the best rice with hard rice that I like. There was no free pickle service. Naturally there was no grated garlic (I think it is unnecessary for this light soup), and each seat was equipped with a water pitcher, and the staff felt energetic overall and made a good impression. It was good that the inside of the store was very clean

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の夕方、歳末せいもあるのか盛況でした。あっさり、こってり両方食べました！魚介系のあっさりは女性に受けもよく御飯との相性良いです。こってりはドロッとしたスープが麺に絡み美味しかったです。
店員の方の接客も元気で非常に好感が持て、家族で来店しましたが全員満足の良い思い出となりました。
It was a great success on weekday evenings, probably because of the end of the year. I ate both lightly and heavily! The light seafood is well received by women and goes well with rice. The thick soup was entwined with the noodles and was delicious.
The customer service of the clerk was also energetic and very positive, and I came to the store with my family, but all of them had good memories.

酒蔵風の建物を改装した店舗で広々としていて開放感が素晴らしい。
テーブル席では日本庭園を眺めながら食事できます。
麺大盛無料です。大盛りでちょうど良いくらいと感じました。

The store is a renovated brewery-style building and is spacious and has a great sense of openness.
At the table, you can dine while looking out at the Japanese garden.
Noodles are free. I felt that it was just right in a large serving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 焼き飛魚そば880円にしました。スープは焼きアゴメインのダシに醤油ダレかえし、麺はゆるく縮れた平角麺、具は炙りバラチャーシュー・煮卵・きざみ海苔・きざみネギです。調整はあっさりめながら、ダシや具の香りがよく適度な塩みで、バランスのよい美味しさです。店内衛生はよく、コロナ対策はアクリル板がないなど少し不充分で、店員さんたちの接遇は愛想よく抜群！正月早々から行列していましたが、混雑の捌きもいいですね。ただ一点、全体のバランスがあっさりのうえに自家製麺の味も薄く稲庭うどんのようで、ラーメンを食した満足感に欠けるので、トータル評価は星4つにします。
I made yakimono soba for 880 yen. The soup is a dashi stock of grilled agomaine and soy sauce, the noodles are loosely crispy flat noodles, and the ingredients are roasted roast pork, boiled egg, chopped seaweed, and chopped onion. The adjustment is light, but the aroma of the dashi stock and ingredients is good and the saltiness is moderate, and the taste is well-balanced. The hygiene in the store is good, and the measures against corona are a little inadequate, such as the lack of an acrylic plate, and the hospitality of the clerk is excellent! I've been lining up since early New Year, but it's nice to handle the congestion. The only point is that the overall balance is light and the taste of homemade noodles is light like Inaniwa udon, and it lacks the satisfaction of eating ramen, so the total rating is 4 stars.

あっさりもいいですが、濃厚スープのほうも負けず劣らず素晴らしいです。
麺の量もちょうど良くて、締めにもとてもいいです。男性は少し物足りないくらいだと思うので、超大盛で丁度いいくらいです。
しかも替え麺の大盛りも無料でやってくれます。 サイドメニューの高菜ご飯はめっちゃ美味しいのでオススメします。餃子は普通でした。 駐車場も広くて停めやすいです。
テーブルではタブレットで注文できるので、わざわざ店員さんを呼ばなくていいのでゆっくり食べたいモノを選べます。

あごだしが前面に立つ醤油ダレのスープが美味しく、中太のやや縮れ麺との絡みもいいです。
麺はもちもちしており、こちらも非常に美味しい。
具材はシンプルだが相性がよく、チャーシューは炙りで肉肉しいもの。
全体的にバランスのよい完成度の高いさっぱり系ラーメンでした。
駐車場完備で店内は広くテーブル席も多数。
清掃が行き届いており、接客も大変よかったです。
お一人様はもちろん、家族連れも使いやすいかと思います。

The noodles are chewy and also very delicious.

It was a refreshing ramen with a good balance and a high degree of perfection.
The parking lot is fully equipped and the store is large and there are many table seats.
