Menya Hajime

I came to the store the other day. The order is a meal ticket, so when it's crowded, it's like buying a meal ticket, writing the name of the order, and waiting. The photo is Japanese-style pork bone soy sauce ramen. I ate the thick seafood soup and noodles straight thin noodles. Holidays are quite crowded, so I would like to visit slowly on weekdays this time.

A hideaway ramen shop in a maniac place without even a signboard. I want to tell someone. Please note that it looks like an ordinary private house. Parking is secured to some extent, so it's okay. The system allows you to enter the store after buying a meal ticket, so you can't look at the menu slowly. You should think about what to order to some extent by looking at the menu photos of the reviews. The thick noodles were sold out when I went to the store just before closing. The recommendation here is like Japanese-style tsukemen, but the clerk told me that black ramen is delicious for thin noodles, so I ordered it. The pork bones entwined with the charred garlic and noodles were quite delicious. It may be the most delicious ramen in this area. The inside of the store is beautiful and the CP is highly evaluated. I definitely want to eat Japanese-style tsukemen this time.

I stopped by when I visited Karasuyama for business. You may not notice the road that turns from the main street unless you set the navigation system. It's quite a hideaway. It was cold that day so I ordered black ramen. I like it because it's an adult-like soup with a slight bitterness as an aftertaste. The noodles were thin and delicious. I felt the atmosphere loved by local regulars from inside the store.

Excuse me for saying this, but I didn't think I could eat such delicious ramen in such a strange place in the countryside. I felt particular about it, and all kinds seemed to be delicious. I have to come to eat again.

Even though it's a road I've been through many times, I said, "Where are you? !! There was a ramen shop "Menya Hajime" in the place called "Menya Hajime". A line of customers in a fashionable modern old folk house style both inside and outside. Buy a meal ticket, write your name, wash your hands and wait. At the first meal, I ate black ramen for 850 yen and char siu bowl for 330 yen. Black ramen based on seafood soup. Even though it's thin noodles, it's very satisfying to eat, and the exquisite char siu bowl and the melting char siu can't be eaten anywhere else. It's amazing that there was such a great store for a lot of money. (Smile)

I went to Menya Hajime. Tsukemen seemed to be popular, but I ordered soy sauce black and pork bone ramen. The bonito broth was so good that it was very delicious. I asked for garlic topping because it was free. It's punchy and GOOD! !! Above all, the char siu is delicious! Next time I would like to try shio ramen so I will come back again. The location was difficult to understand even with the navigation system, but I found goodwill and arrived at it!

The inside of the store was beautiful and nice with a calm atmosphere ✦. ° However, there aren't many seats, so if you go to a busy time, you may end up waiting in the waiting room or outside. With black tsukemen (garlic topping ... free) I ordered Japanese-style tsukemen. The taste was quite strong and just right. The amount of black tsukemen is large even if it is served normally, and I was quite satisfied with it! I thought it was a little more for women. (It's just my personal opinion) The char siu was so delicious that it seemed to melt. The taste of Menma and Ajitama was soaked in and it was delicious.
