佐	佐藤一宏 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ つけ麺好きには間違いのないお店です。スープはかつおベースの魚介スープです。石鍋に入って、熱々の状態で出てきます。冷たい麺を入れても、ちょっとのことでは冷めません。そこに、厚切りのチャーシューとメンマ、カイワレを入れて、少しちぢれた太麺を数本潜らせて口に運ぶと、もう口の中はカーニバルです。止まりません。一気に最後の一本まで吸い込むと、残った濃厚スープに、店員さんに持ってきてもらった割りスープを足して、少し緩くなった飲みごろをいただくのが『みやこ家』風です。いつもは宇都宮店の常連なのですが、昔よく通った氏家店も、これまたノスタルジックでよかったです。どちらでもいいので、ぜひ足を運んでみてください。 There is no doubt that this is a restaurant for tsukemen lovers. Most notable are Basil Ramen, and Margarita Ramen. The menu keeps changing so they may not be available all the time. I occasionally enjoy the Gyoza/dumpling here as well. The staff is quite friendly, the atmosphere is warm and cosy, especially during winters. There is ample parking available, and is also walking distance from Ujiie Station. Pocket friendly too I recommend!
