★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ごちそう喜連川ラーメンを注文。川魚のダシはなかなか好み。川魚ペーストは面白いがスープに溶かすと味が濃くなりすぎた。
自分的に、この麺はこのスープに合わないかな。牛チャーシュー、鳥チャーシューがミニマムサイズ。900円はコスパが悪い。
 I ordered the feast Kitsuregawa ramen. I really like the dashi stock of river fish. The river fish paste is interesting, but when dissolved in the soup, the taste became too strong.
I wonder if this noodle goes well with this soup. Beef char siu and bird char siu are the minimum size. 900 yen is bad for cospa.

鶏醤油DXラーメンを注文。鶏油がきいた醤油スープ、モチッとした中太ちぢれ麺。DX（特製）は厚切りのチャーシュー2枚、味しみしみのメンマ、味玉、青菜、白ねぎ、玉ねぎ。
職人さんもいて、ていねいな調理。きちんとモダン。道の駅でこのクオリティはスゴい。美味だ...
鶏塩ラーメンも味見。いっそう鶏感が際立っていますね。トータルバランスは鶏醤油のほうがよいかな。

Taste chicken salt ramen. The chicken feeling stands out even more. The total balance is better with chicken soy sauce.

ストレートの麺です、入ってるのは大きめのチャーシュー、味玉、シナチク、ちんげんさい、白髪葱に小さく切った玉ねぎです。おいしかった〜
I went to Takesue Road Station Honjin-san in Michi-no-Eki Kitsuregawa.
I ordered chicken soy sauce ramen.
It's straight noodles, and it contains large char siu, taste balls, cinnamon, bok choy, and small onions cut into white onions. it was delicious~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 塩ラーメンと醤油ラーメンを食べました。川魚のだしスープということで、あっさりとしていました。
ですがスープの味が薄めなのと、麺とスープが合っていなくてあまりおいしくなかったです。
竹末ということで期待したのですが、本店とはやっぱり違うのかな？
I ate salt ramen and soy sauce ramen. It was light because it was a river fish soup stock.
However, the taste of the soup was light and the noodles and soup didn't match, so it wasn't very delicious.
I expected it to be Takesue, but is it different from the main store?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 喜連川温泉に入湯した後、竹末道の駅本陣で昼食、週末限定味噌ラーメンを食べました。醤油、塩が定番たけど味噌も美味でした。
After bathing in Kitsuregawa Onsen, we had lunch at Takesue Road Station Honjin and had a weekend-only miso ramen. Soy sauce and salt were standard, but miso was also delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 期待しすぎたギャップで星２つ。鶏醤油ラーメンをオーダーしましたが、油が多すぎて麺にスープが絡まない。しかも追い打ちをかけるようにスープの味も薄め、、。麺や煮卵は旨かったけど全体的には残念な仕上がりでした。
ここに行くなら近くの本店に行きましょう。
Two stars in the gap I expected too much. I ordered chicken soy sauce ramen, but the oil is too much and the soup does not get entangled with the noodles. Moreover, the taste of the soup is diluted so as to catch up. The noodles and boiled eggs were delicious, but overall it was a disappointing finish.
