お昼に入店。
先客は、昼呑み中の方のみ。
チャーシューメンと
もやしラーメンを発注。
10分程度で提供。
麺が細いかなあ！
ここは好みが別れるところです。
スープは薄めで丁度いいですが
もやしラーメンはモヤシが餡掛けなので
しばらく暑いままだから注意が必要。
餃子食べたかった。

昔ながらの中華屋さんの雰囲気がいい^_^
ラーメンの麺もよくあるラーメン屋さんの麺の1.5倍あるくらいのボリュームでした。

味付けはあっさり系で生姜が効いてる感じです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鴻野山駅近くの町中華。チャーハン(630円)を注文。店内はテーブル席と小上がりが。ファンキーな感じのご主人が作ってくれたチャーハンはシンプルで優しい味。わかめスープも付いてます。ラーメンは450円からと全体的にリーズナブルです。
Chinese food in the town near Konoyama station. I ordered fried rice (630 yen). There are table seats and small rises in the store. The fried rice made by the funky husband has a simple and gentle taste. Wakame soup is also included. Ramen is reasonably priced from 450 yen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麺は基本柔らか目に茹でられます。チャーシューメン大盛とチャーハンを頂きました。チャーシューはしっかりとした歯応え有り、食べ応えがあり美味しかった。
チャーハンもシンプルながらチャーシューが存在感を示していました。つぎは玉子丼が気になる所。
Noodles are basically boiled softly. I had a large serving of char siu noodles and fried rice. The char siu had a firm texture, was chewy and delicious.
The fried rice was simple, but the char siu had a strong presence. Next is the place where you are worried about tamagodon.
