ま	まなぶらん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日、12時過ぎに入りました。カウンターのみの店内は満席。表で待たなくても良いように店内に席があるのは、暑い時期には大変ありがたい。事前に注文を取られるので、定番と思われるカラトンを注文。待つこと約10分ほどで座れました。太麺で油ギトギト。辛さはさほど辛くなく、美味しい。しかし、油が1cmほど浮いてるため、途中からペースが落ちる。夏場ではなく、寒い次期ならもっと美味しかった。 It was past 12 o'clock on weekdays. あ	あべのばし on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行きたいと思ってから半年。やっと訪問！ユニークな店舗外観撮るの忘れたし… 先ずは『とんこつ』に煮バラを追加注文。ラーメンですがとんこつとなってますが白濁してる九州タイプではなく醤油とんこつ。表面にはアブラが分厚く層を成してます。これによりスープが冷めることは無い。皆が勧める煮バラですがこれが美味しい！味付けは桂花のアレに似た感じでとても柔らかい。着丼したら直ぐにスープに沈めるのをお勧めします。これすると更に美味しく頂けます。このラーメンは表面にアブラが膜張ってるのでスープを飲む時はアブラを避けて頂きましょう。そうしないと舌がアブラで覆われスープの味を感じにくくなってしまいます。元々スープの味付けが薄めなので是非やってみて下さい。また、スープの旨味が底に沈んでるのでかき回した方が良い。あと、御主人ですが無愛想だ！と思われるかもしれません。しかし、よーくご覧頂きたい。麺茹でから目を離していません。茹で上げ時を見逃さぬようガン見されているのです。これは素晴らしい事だと思いますよ。卓上調味料のニンニクがよく合うラーメンでした。 It's been half a year since I wanted to go. i	iAd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おじさん２人で運営してる掘っ立て小屋というかガレージというかそんな佇まいの店。シャッター閉まってて中が暗いと思いきや、よく見るとやってたりします。平日でも昼間は結構混んでます。とんこつ・からとんの二種類から選べ有料トッピングは各種あり(写真はネギ)。卓上にはニンニクや高菜などもありますが、麺はもちもちの太麺。とんこつでもいわゆる博多ラーメンとは全然違った光が丘とんこつです。カウンター席のみ。駐車場あり。 A shack or garage run by two uncles. p	paibo paibo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隙間時間が出来たので、付近を検索したらヒットしたラーメン屋さん。数台停めれる駐車場有り。ほったて小屋のような佇まい。店内はL時カウンター。とんこつ大盛を注文。思いの外さっぱりしてたかな。個人的には良い塩梅。麺は硬めにしたほうが良いかと。普通だと柔らかく感じた。印象に残る味ではなかったので星３です。 There was a gap time, so I searched the area and found a hit ramen shop. w	works zucca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022年2月12日（土）誰かに教えてもらったこのお店。業務スーパーついでに訪問。建物はそれなりに歴史を感じるタイプ（笑）店内も相応のアンティーク感。カウンターのみの席間隔は狭いかな。で、「とんこつラーメン」とあるけど、九州系の豚骨ではなく背脂タイプの醤油とんこつ。塩分濃度はそんなに高くない。特に一口目は薄く感じたスープ。ただ食べ進めると気にならなくなる。個人的には、もっと塩味アップが好み。とはいえ、満足度それなり♪ Saturday, February 12, 2022 This shop was taught by someone. T	Taka Fuji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ずっと気になってましたが、近くに用事があり初来訪。オープンと同時に入店しましたが直ぐに満席に。口コミにならい煮バラ+からとん注文。醤油とんこつ背脂系、見た目よりあっさりしてますが普通盛りだと少なく感じるので次回は大盛+もやしトッピングつけます。家族の方もいらっしゃいました、子供でも好きそう、但し店内カウンターのみ。個人的には好きな味、また来ます。車できて向かいのコインパーキングに停めましたが、もしや駐車場あったかも。 I've been worried for a long time, but I visited for the first time because I had something to do nearby.
