M	Mo Ko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 令和03年10月23日（土）初訪問近くを歩いていたらラーメンの香りがしたので入店してみました。女性2名が厨房とホールをまわしてらっしゃいました。とりあえず、普通のラーメンを注文！着丼し、スープを頂き、麺をすすりと、、、、。スープが独特でした。乳化はして無かったです。とりあえず替え玉も頂きました。でも、替え玉葉細麺でした。メニューには替え玉とだけ書いてあるので細麺が来るとは思ってませんでした。一言「替え玉は細麺です」と一言書いてあっても良いかもしれませんね。 Reiwa October 23, 2003 (Saturday) First visit When I was walking nearby, I smelled ramen, so I entered the store. 2	25 fortuna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高校生の頃から、30年は通っているラーメン屋さん。昔は屋台風なお店でしたが今はBARを兼ねたおしゃれなラーメン屋さんになっています。この30年で何度となく若干の味や麺に変化は感じますが、ここ最近は安定した美味しさです。（2021.10月現在）個人的に昔あったトッピングのザーサイの復活を希望しています。肉厚で柔らかくしっかり味付けされたチャーシューが最高。トッピングの辛子高菜もおすすめです。辛いですけど。笑 Y'sラーメン990円が私の注文の定番。スープがぬるい時があるので注文時に『スープ熱々でお願いします！』と伝えています。この周辺で豚骨系のラーメンを食べるならここはハズレではないと思います。意外とつけ麺が人気のようです！私も今度食べてみよう。あ！それと大盛りを頼むと驚きの量が出てくるのでご注意を。親子で食べるのにはいいかも。 R&Bやヒップホップ系の音楽が流れる店内です。個人的にそれも良い。 A ramen shop that has been attending for 30 years since high school. I have noticed some changes in the taste and noodles over the last 30 years, but these days it has been stable and delicious. (As of October 2021) I personally hope to revive the old topping Zha cai. The thick, soft and well-seasoned char siu is the best. The topping mustard mustard is also recommended. It's painful though. Lol Y's ramen 990 yen is a staple of my order. There are times when the soup is lukewarm, so when ordering, "Please make the soup hot! I am telling you. If you eat tonkotsu ramen around here, I don't think it's a loss. Surprisingly, Tsukemen seems to be popular! I'll try it again. Ah! Also, be aware that if you ask for a large serving, a surprising amount will come out. It may be good for parents and children to eat. Inside the store where R & B and hip-hop music are played. Personally that's good too.
