こちらの会社から2ヶ月に渡って脅迫文書、連絡を受けました。
精神的ストレスは多大なものでした。
請求金額について、司法書士の方数名に相談したところ、同様に法外な請求とのことだったため、諦めずにやりとりをしました。
最終的には写真のような書面まで届きました。
こちらも司法書士の方に確認してもらったところ、法律でこのようなことはできないとのこと。
脅しで送ってるんでしょうということでした。
おそらくこのようなやり方は常套手段で、
特に女性の方は折れてしまって払ってしまうそうです。
それはそうなります。
私も電話でやりとりをしましたが、
相手にとって不利な発言をすると、こちらの人格否定が始まり、最終的には同居人、直接関わりのない保証人の否定までされました。
皆さんにはこのような思いはしてほしくないので、管理会社をよく調べてから入居されることをお勧めします。
当然ですが、こちらの会社は勧めません。
