S	S W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11:30から14時まで、味玉か玉ねぎ増しが無料。ただこちらから言わないとサービスは付きませんので注意。今回は味玉をお願いしました。特盛は麺量400gなり。麺は普通サイズと中太サイズの2種類で、中太サイズは並盛、大盛りで＋10円。特盛で＋20円となります。場所は大塚駅から5分弱歩いたところ。大塚から北池袋に抜ける道ぞいにあります。多分都電の巣鴨新田駅の方がちょい近いかなぁ。土曜の13時台の訪問で前客0。少し嫌な予感。で、程なく着丼。スープを一口飲むと…うん、旨いわ。魚介豚骨煮干し系で確かにかなり濃厚。でも後味がさっぱりとしていて全然飲み飽きない。ほんとに後口が凄く良い。店主さんは中国系の方だけどこれは見事。よく作れたなぁ…。凄い。胚芽の練り込まれた麺は中太といえども、それほど太くない。でもこの麺も悪くないです。立地的に駅からちょい離れちゃうけど、なかなか旨いつけ麺食べられました。 Free extra onions or onions from 11:30 to 14:00. 桐	桐谷佑太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大塚駅北口を出て星野リゾート方面へ有名なおにぎり屋「ぼんご」がある反対の通りを真っ直ぐ。セブンイレブンが見えたらその隣。ピンクな商店街のはずれにあります。店の佇まいはパッと見お蕎麦屋さんみたいな内装入り口にサンプルがある。4人席あったりビールも飲めるので結構ゆっくり出来そうな感じ。夕方は買い出し行ってますと17時〜18時くらいは店開いてない事があります。腰の低い非常に感じがいい店主のワンオペ。濃厚つけ麺中太麺に味玉トッピングを注文魚介系のスープで麺もよく絡み、濃厚で美味しい。ただ何かが足りない。それが麺なのかスープなのか素人の自分にはわからない。笑いつも一口目に思う。もう少しでこの類の超人気店の味に近い感じになるんだが。。。ただそれでも美味しいは美味しい。ふと思いついた時、無性に食べたくなる一杯です。 From the north exit of Otsuka Station, head toward Hoshino Resorts Straight down the opposite street with the famous rice ball shop "Bongo". い	いき on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口コミを見て、訪問。つけ麺大盛を注文。300gが圧倒的で、食べきれるか不安になりましたが食べ始めるとツルツルと食べられました。土曜夕方でお客さんの数は少なめ。カウンターに座ると丁寧な仕事を間近で見れます。全体的に落ち着いた雰囲気ですので、ガヤガヤしたのが苦手な方にもお勧めです。店主の方の雰囲気もよく、また機会があれば来訪したいです。
