今、ここの管理する物件に住んでいますが、契約するときだけ愛想が良くて、
「なんでも相談してください。」などと言っておきながら、
実際に住居の不具合を伝えたら、こちらが壊したのではないかとか、いいがかりをつけてきます。
古い物件なので、自然に故障は起きるものなのに、故意に壊したような疑いをかけてきます。
できるだけ、この会社の管理物件にはかかわらないほうが良いです。

偉そうな女性の人が職人さんに怒鳴り散らしてました。
聞いてて非常に不愉快でしたし職人さんがかわいそうでした。
あと場所的に仕方ないというのもあるんでしょうが内見した物件で毎回ゴキブリみかけました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔からある目白の不動産屋さんで信頼性はある。親切丁寧で対応も良い。社長っぽい女性はヒアリングをしっかりしてくれて希望の物件に入れたのは満足。電話応対もよかった。私はおすすめかと思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 半地下の倉庫物件を紹介してもらいましたが、保管する物が精密機器であることを伝えたのですが、排水ポンプを新品に変えてくれるというので申し込みしようとしたのですが、最初保証会社に加入すればよいと聞いていたのですが、法人契約だと保証会社加入と別の連帯保証人が必要だと言われ、ならばと思い、他の物件を探していたら半地下倉庫に精密機械を入れることはできませんよ、と親切な不動産会社からのアドバイス。危なく借りてしまうところでした。
今更になって、連帯保証人はなくてもいいとか言ってるし、
怪しくて危ない不動産屋です。皆さん気をつけてください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 扱う物件ではなく、営業さんへの評価です。空気読めない、自分都合で約束も守れない。次回更新はしたくないな、と思います。
もともと口コミ悪いの見てたんですけどね、、、事務らしき方の感じは悪くありません。でもあの営業さんとは二度と会いたくないなー。
わかってることをぐちぐち、知りたいことはわからない、前言ったことを忘れる、何の仕事をしてもできない人だろうな～。
少なくとも、仲介でこちらを利用する必要はありません。よくも悪くも昔ながらの不動産やさんですね。

営業の方はほとんど高齢で、昔ながらの街の不動産屋さん、という感じです。立地だけで生き残っているのかと思われます。
サービス面や対応すべての面において、満足はできませんでした。あまり専任媒介ももっていないので、駅から遠くても他の不動産屋さんにお世話になることをオススメします。
