修理金額の見積をメールで頂きましたが、高価なので修理せずに返品を
お願いしますとメールを送信しましたが、返事がなく（２度）、直接お電話して返品して頂きました（電池交換＋送料代金のみ）。捨てるつもりで、電気屋さんで電池を購入し、自分で電池交換しました。
普通に動作しており最初から自分で交換すれば良かった。

I received an e-mail with an estimate of the repair amount, but since it is expensive, I will return it without repairing it
I sent an e-mail asking, but I did not receive a reply (twice), so I called directly and returned it (battery replacement + shipping fee only). I bought a battery at an electric shop with the intention of throwing it away, and replaced the battery myself.
It was working normally and I should have replaced it myself from the beginning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方の評価が高いので、いいお店なのでしょうが、私の場合は、問い合わせに対する回答も遅く、回答内容も誠実さが感じられず、仕上げ（磨きとベゼル文字の墨入れ）も満足のいくものではありませんでした。
上記を改善頂けると他の方の評価のようにもっと信頼のおけるお店になって頂けると思います。
It may be a good shop because it is highly evaluated by other people, but in my case, the response to the inquiry is slow, the content of the answer does not feel sincere, and the finish (polishing and inking of bezel letters) is satisfactory. It wasn't a thing.
If you can improve the above, I think that you can become a more reliable shop like the evaluation of other people.

以前は本店で電池交換をしていましたが、
３万円だったと思います。中々高いですよね(-_-;) こちらでは電池交換が２０００円程で、往復宅配便送料が２０００円、合計4000円程度で、本当に有り難い！また、リピートします！家族にも薦めます!
