賃貸契約にあたり、必要書類である保険証が提出出来ないが、申し込みを先に進めたいという相談に対し、書類が揃わないと進められないの一点張り。
保険証は、転職したばかりでコロナの影響があり、労務機能が止まっているため手元に届いていない状況でした。
その事情と、(おそらくその会社に勤務しているかを確認したいだけだろうと思い)雇用契約書等の提出は出来るという申し出にも一切の理由の説明もなくダメですとだけの返答。
本当に出来ないのだとしたら然るべき理由があるだろうし、顧客にその説明をするのを至極当然。
正直担当の方のイレギュラー対応力の問題だと思い、問い合わせ電話をかけて責任者を求めるも結局電話を代わったのがその担当でした。
その物件はちょうど今日申し込みが既に入った、またの機会を。というばかりで結局理由の説明はなし。
再度責任者を求めるも、賃貸に関しては自分が責任者だと言っていたが本当かどうか疑わしい。
人気物件だったので、どうせイレギュラー対応しなくていい申込みがすぐ入るだろうという考えで、ただ単に面倒を避けたのだと予想。
また、電話応対に関してはクレームを上長に知られたくなかったのだと予想。
