About 3 minutes on foot from Mejiro Station
Japanese sweets are sold on the first floor.
The second floor is a cafe space
You can also eat anything other than shaved ice on the second floor.
It is certain that you will come to the store after making a reservation.
I made a reservation from Instagram
I was able to reserve the shaved ice.
Which of the two types of tea should you choose, apart from water? Was asked
I appreciate the hot tea when I eat shaved ice
I often eat shaved ice, but this shaved ice
The syrup is very well thought out
Very particular, with a deliciousness that surpasses shaved ice
As expected! It was like the shaved ice of a Japanese sweets shop.
Also, it is a shop that you want to go to

Shaved ice of white azuki beans and blood oranges
White azuki beans are said to be read as "Shiroshozu". I was surprised that the blood orange syrup was so red that I thought, "Strawberries ?!" I thought it was lighter because it was orange, but it was quite rich. Excellent balance with the white azuki beans on top. This guy gives it a "Japanese" taste. It was good that the syrup tasted yogurt. The sweetness of white azuki beans, blood oranges, and yogurt in different directions did not interfere with each other, and the taste of sweetness and acidity was plentiful. As you dig, you will find blood orange pulp in the ice. Of course, syrup too. Dry oranges are softer than expected, and the more you chew, the more flavor you get. The moment I put it in my mouth, my friend sitting across from me said, "It smells like orange!" When I went to lunch on weekdays (around 13:00) without making a reservation, I was told that the seats were full, so I made a reservation for the 14:40 slot on the spot. With this feeling, it seems better to make a reservation for holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An old traditional Japanese confectionary that serves, among its other Japanese confections, the best shaved ice in Tokyo (in my personal opinion). There definitely is a texture difference between the regular and "natural" ice. The latter is smoother and has less of that icy sharp texture in your mouth. Worth the extra hundred yen in my opinion. There are excellent seasonal shaved ice flavors, but you definitely can't go wrong with the always-available kinako, matcha, or strawberry flavors either. Be prepared to wait during the weekends, particularly in the summer. It's worth it though. Shimura also serves some bento lunches and a vegetable curry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad. The pork was super tasty. My only criticism is that they might want to display a more sanitary image by separating their cooking and serving staff. One of the, what I assumed, confectioners served us. But his apron was covered with white powder (rice flour maybe?). He’s probably a clean guy, but it’s just better not to come out and serve the customers with anything but a clean apron and clean appearance.
