You can choose from as many as 9 types of noodles, from thinnest to thickest. Tasty with a lot of coriander. But sometimes noodles are not completely cut apart from each other.

Very nice Taiwanese beef noodle restaurant. There is no menu and what you do is to choose one type of noodle (thin, flat, thick, etc.) and toppings, pay in advance, sit and wait for your noodle. There is an apron on the table for you to wear, which is recommended, as the soup may splash on your clothes when eating. The soup is thinner than I thought but really nice and tasty. The hot oil isn’t spicier than you think so better to go with it (without it, the soup is much thinner.) Enough volume for an adult male. The only negative point is that flat noodles are stocked and tangled each other and it makes really difficult to eat unlike Japanese ramen noodles. Overall, it is a nice restaurant with delicious noodles and it’s staffs and services are also wonderful. I will come again.

Flavors are localized, so on the bland side. Noodles were lacking bite, although fresh. Clean interior. No music. Efficient menu, ordering system and service. Would recommend to nearby office workers for a quick lunch.

It’s HALAL ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One bowl of noodle costs ¥950 (2021), and we can choose the type of the noodles. Portion is quite large for me, so it’s better to go here when you’re hungry enough lol. Nearest station is Jimbocho station.

The restaurant is located near the sports goods shopping area of Ochanomizu and the book central Jimbocho so it's a good place to stop for lunch on a cold day. What's unusual is that there's only one type of broth. You can customise it by changing the shape of the noodles that come in it! The broth is spicy, generously topped with beef, daikon radish and coriander leaves. The noodles come in various shapes, from thin, round and soft, through flat and wide to triangular and hard. I was surprised how much the noodles actually changed the overall taste of the dish. Order at the entrance (English menu available) and wait to be seated. The delicious Jasmin tea is complimentary.

Most authentic Lanzhou Lamen in town. Tastes like the local ones in Lanzhou. I heard the chef had done apprenticeship in the original shop.

Delicious noodles! They're authentic noodles from Lan Zhou city in China. All Halal, with the noddles, beef, and raiyu. The dumplings/gyoza are also delicious, and so is the plum juice ?? Really great place for an authentic taste!

Another Halal Find in Tokyo area, in Jimbocho. Ramen Chinese Shichuan Style, i think. Huge bowl of ramen i must say with a cheap price consider the big portion and they taste amazing. 880 yen. Thinly slice beef, lots of cilantro, slice of daikon/radish to add the good texture on it. They have a light flavor but it is so deliciously flavorful. I think it’s a popular ramen, there’s quite long queue by the time i got there. Staff is giving an excellent service. It’s a gem for people who is looking an affordable halal food di Tokyo. Very recommended! Me love it so much .
