★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 松代焼の北澤先生の作品を多く展示販売。店主は俳人。楽しいお話が聞けます。組合の野沢菜はやはりmust buy、美味です。
 Many works by Mr. Kitazawa from Matsushiro ware are on sale. The owner is a poet. You can listen to pleasant stories. The nozawana of the association is still must buy and delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老爺爺老婆婆經營的小店，還有小小空間可以喝咖啡、抹茶。六人滿座，只能內用。冰淇淋可外帶。
There is a small shop run by the grandpa and grandma, and there is a small space for coffee and matcha. Six people are full and can only be used internally. Ice cream can be taken away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 野沢菜を求め徘徊していたので入店。
店主の話では、こちらの野沢菜は村の組合が製造販売しているもので、本物だとの事だったので購入。
野沢温泉内で販売されている８割くらいが偽物で、見分け方を説明してくれだが忘れたました。
保冷剤と一緒に新聞紙で包んでもらいました。
「偽物=現地生産ではない」であれば、野沢温泉でわざわざ買う必要もないですね。
ついでに、蕎麦も購入しました。
I entered the store because I was wandering around in search of Nozawana.
According to the owner, this Nozawana is manufactured and sold by the village union, and it was genuine, so I bought it.
About 80% of the products sold in Nozawa Onsen are fake, so please explain how to distinguish them, but I forgot.
I had them wrapped in newspaper with an ice pack.
If "counterfeit = not locally produced", you don't have to bother to buy it at Nozawa Onsen.
I also bought soba noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This sweet little store is a treasure trove of hand made ceramics made by the store owner. She has been making these ceramics for many years and has photos of herself as a young woman crafting the pottery. The ceramics she makes include bowls, cups, plates, sake bottles, ornaments- there are many options of various sizes, a perfect momento of travelling to this region of Japan. There are many other lovely items including baskets and food, including ice-cream, but the ceramics were the stand out for us.
Set amongst the steam from the locals only outdoor Onsen, this little pocket of Nozawa tucked behind the shrine is a special place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is famous for selling ceramic ware made by the shop owner. But what is even more fantastic is the ice cream. It is the best ice cream in the world. It’s as smooth as gliding through 30cm or powder snow and the flavour is as milky as freshly squeezed cow. You definitely gotta try it when you are here in NozawaOnsen.
