★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 野沢温泉村の黄金屋物産店は中々、面白いお土産屋さんです。美味しい地元の漬け物等を試食出来ます。お茶も御馳走してくれて、ありがとう。お薦めは、みなごろしキムチやはんごろしキムチです。野沢菜の激辛ですが卵かけご飯等にかけて食べると激ウマです。山菜の漬物も美味しいです。ソフトクリームを買ってすぐ近くの足湯で寛ぐのも一興。
The Koganeya Bussan store in Nozawa Onsen Village is a very interesting souvenir shop. You can sample delicious local pickles. Thank you for treating me with tea. We recommend Minagoshi Kimchi and Hangoroshi Kimchi. Nozawana is very spicy, but if you eat it over rice with eggs, it will be a horse. Pickled edible wild plants are also delicious. It's fun to buy soft serve ice cream and relax in the footbath nearby.

I like this Nozawana pickled wasabi flavor. It is worth going up the slope to buy. The store closes early, so please go early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて野沢温泉へ行ったのは30年くらい前だろうか。それから忘年会と新年会を兼ねての年越しスキーを数年間続けていた。
必ず帰りには野沢菜を買いに寄っていたお土産屋さん。
あのころ一袋220円だったのだが、今でも消費税分だけ値上げの250円で売っていた❗
お喋り好きの気さくな姉さんも、変わらず健在で、20分くらいだろうか、お茶を頂きながら話し込んでしまった。
あの頃の話し、今の話し、馬鹿話し(笑)、楽しかったな?
『もうね、忘れっぽくなっているんだからね、忘れる前にまた来なさいよ(笑)❗』
と言われ笑顔で別れたあと、道を間違えて引き返してきたところ、
『ほら～っ❗いろいろわからなくなる前に、もっといくらでも来なさいな(笑)』
と大笑いされて、今回の野沢温泉の〆となりました⭐

I was laughed and became the Nozawa Onsen this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの野沢菜は他と違い味も種類も格別です。野沢温泉に行くと必ずここの野沢菜たまり漬けと浅漬けを買います。
Nozawana here is different in taste and variety. Whenever I go to Nozawa Onsen, I always buy Nozawana pickles and pickles.

他にも、自家製野沢菜も種類多く置かれています。
とても、美味しく絶品です！
（コロナ前は試食も置かれておりましたが、今は基本試食ありません。）
コーヒーメーカーが新たに導入されており、コーヒーは勿論、カフェラテ等美味しく頂けます。
温泉卵やトウモロコシ等もあり、村内散歩に立ち寄りたい所です。
麻釜付近に行くときは、立ち寄ってみてはいかがでしょうか
店内にトイレはありません。
近くに公衆トイレがあります。

男性店員さんがとても柔らかな口調で温泉卵の作り方をすごく丁寧に教えてくれました?
専用のカゴと湯底に沈むように重りも入っていて、お盆に塩と辛めの佃煮もあって気配りセットがとても嬉しいです✨
半熟を希望の方にはカット用のアイテムも貸してくれるみたい
すぐ近くの足湯広場で茹でられます！
ほのかな温泉味がして、そのままでも充分美味しいですが、またこの辛めの佃煮を乗っけて食べるのが格別に美味い?✨
とうもろこしはもう茹で上がったものに塩がたっぷり！しょっぱかったけど個人的には好き、笹団子は冷凍された物で温泉に3～4分つけました！とても柔らかく少しトロっとしたお餅になりこれもとても美味しかった！
温泉で茹でてる間に、ちょっと歩くと78カフェがあり、そこで生ビール?を購入して一緒に楽しむのもおすすめです♪

The corn is already boiled and has plenty of salt! It was salty but I personally like it, and the bamboo dumplings were frozen and soaked in the hot springs for 3-4 minutes! The mochi was very soft and a little fluffy, and it was also very delicious!
While boiling in the hot spring, a short walk will bring you to 78 cafes, where you can buy draft beer ? and enjoy it together ♪

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice shop on the way to and from Yu Road. It's actually a souvenir shop and sell some local produce. We mainly stop by to have soft serve ice cream (plain vanilla, choc top, caramel top and matcha top) and onsen boil sweet corn. For ¥350, they give you a very generous serve of icecream on a nice waffle cone, ¥250 for corn. So if you go pass it, make sure you grab an ice cream.
