しょうゆだんごの他にお茶餅もあります。
しょうゆだんごは、丸めた餅を串に刺し醤油を塗ったシンプルな味付けですが、餅米の風味や醤油の甘じょっぱい香りで、みたらしとは違う美味しさです。お店から南方へ進んだ鉈屋町界隈には、伝統的な「盛岡町家」の建物が残っています。だんごを頬張りながら、古い街並み散策はいかがでしょう。
