★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他に不動産と比較して、エイブルにしました。物件が多いのとベテランさんが対応していただけて安心感があるのと押し売りされない点が良かったです。エイブルさんで賃貸契約するのは2回目になりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのクチコミ☆5が異常に多いですが、これは嘘です。サクラと考えられます。
わたしはここで賃貸を借りたく相談に伺いましたが…
・若いメガネの男性スタッフが他の客と退去のことで揉め始め、客に対して圧迫するような喧嘩口調で喋り出す。
・↑周りのスタッフは誰も止めない。偉い50代くらいの男性もいたが無関心。
・絶対入居したい物件があり、内見するために予約を入れて後日伺ったところ、『他の人が契約しちゃいました』と言って全く関係ない別の物件をいくつか紹介される。
予約を入れた際に"いま契約しなくても大丈夫"と女性のスタッフが言っておきながらコレ。
・↑の理由で希望とは違った物件を見ながら渋っていると、明らかにやる気を無くした素振りで私に関心も無くした態度で"渋るなら早く帰ってくれ"というかのように接し始める。
ちなみにこれは偉そうな50代くらいの男性。
わたしが今見た時点で評価は4.9ですが、
ここの評価は☆1か2が妥当。
エイブルにはいい人たちがいるのはわかってますが、ここは最悪でした

・ A male staff member with young glasses begins to quarrel with other customers about moving out, and begins to speak in a fighting tone that puts pressure on the customers.
・ ↑ No one around the staff will stop. There was a great man in his 50s, but he was indifferent.
・ There is a property that I absolutely want to move in, and when I made a reservation for a preview and visited at a later date, I was introduced to some other properties that had nothing to do with saying "another person has signed a contract".
When I made a reservation, the female staff said, "You don't have to sign a contract now."
・ If you are reluctant to look at a property that is different from your wishes for the reason of ↑, you will start to interact with me as if you were reluctant to go home early with an attitude that clearly demoralized and lost interest in me. ..
By the way, this is a man in his 50s who looks great.
