t	taka hama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 要望に対してより良いものが有れば、自社の物件だけでなく違う不動産を紹介したりとお客様1番の姿勢が見られる素晴らしいお店です。細かいヒアリングも上手で話しやすいスタッフばかりです。ただ、メールの返答に関しては少し遅めなので電話で問い合わせる方が良いかもしれません。 If there is something better for your request, it is a wonderful shop where you can see the customer's first attitude, such as introducing not only your own property but also different real estate. All the staff are good at detailed hearings and easy to talk to. However, it may be better to contact us by phone because it is a little late to reply to the email.
あ	ありがとアライグマ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 悲しいですがこの不動産屋は最低です。契約の説明の時点で態度が横柄だなとは感じていましたが、そういう従業員なのだろうと諦めてましたがまさかの店長でした。家賃の引き落とし口座の説明を受け、内見をして契約に差し当たりその口座での引き落としが出来ないことに気づき、指摘したところまさかの逆ギレをされたのには驚きを隠せませんでした。契約後の家のトラブル（水回りや鍵の紛失等）で対応してもらいましたが、ここはどこも同じですが保険会社に丸投げでした。ただその対応が雑で仕方ありませんでした。こちらは知らぬ存ぜぬを通し、挙句嘘をついてでも対応しないという姿勢には呆れ返ってものも言えません。ここを良いと評価する人もいるかと思いますが、もし迷ってるようなら辞めた方が身のためだと思います。 Sadly, this real estate agent is the worst. I had them deal with the troubles in my house after the contract (water supply, lost key, etc.), but it was the same everywhere, but I was thrown by the insurance company. However, the correspondence was sloppy and unavoidable. I can't say that I'm amazed at the attitude of not responding even if I tell a lie through something I don't know. I'm sure some people will appreciate this, but if you're wondering, it's better to quit.
