え	えぬ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 聞いていた話と実際の部屋の様子がかなり違いました。契約をしたあとに続々とボロが出て、入居翌日からこちらの会社やオーナーさんと連絡を取り続けて正直かなりげんなりです。・クリーニング代を取っているのに、クリーニングが充分ではない。・虫が出るという話は聞いていないという話だったのに、入居翌日に遭遇。部屋にはしっかりとG専用の毒餌設置した痕跡あり。・シンクの排水溝パイプから異臭がするためこちらの会社の管理部門の方を呼んだら、その方は一人で来てしかも綺麗なスーツ姿でした。何もしないまま結局帰ってそのまま連絡なし。・部屋にネット専用回線ありの記述があったのに専用回線なし(これが一番ありえないです！) オーナーさんのせいではなく、この会社の至らなさが数え切れないほど出てくる出てくる… 部屋の悪い部分を何も話さずに契約を取ってはい終わりというスタンスはどうなのかなと思います。特にネット回線は部屋が古いから仕方ない等の話ではないはず。ちゃんとした不動産会社で契約しないと駄目なんだなと初めて思い知らされました。明大前ならミニミニの方がしっかりされています。 The story I was listening to and the appearance of the actual room were quite different. 岡	岡本太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応が杜撰でした。契約時、退去時と別の方が担当でしたが、双方とも連絡が遅いのは当然のこと、約束した日に連絡がなくそれに対する謝罪も無いなど、ミスや不手際が多かったです。問い合わせる→「確認して後日連絡します」→連絡がない、ということが何度もありました。当方の年齢や性別のためか、担当者の終始高慢な態度も不快でした。最も酷かった点は物件の記載内容と実際の状態が異なっていたことです。紹介された物件では、駐輪場、ガスコンロ、温水便座あり→実際には全て無しでした。しかも契約が決まった後に判明しました。こちらのレビューを拝見すると別の方にも同様の被害があったようなので、物件情報を故意に偽って良く見せているのは確実かと思います。当方としては良いレビューは全て自演に思えます。このレビューがこれから契約を考えている方の参考に少しでもなれば幸いです。 Correspondence was sloppy. E	ERI SUZU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7年ほど前に利用しましたが、希望条件がなかなか合わず悩んでいたところ、後ろから店長さんがいらしてそんないい物件どこ探してもないですよと説教されました。おまけに営業の方から東京にまだ友達がいないから友達になってほしい様な事を言われました、、アウトです。物件も4件ほど見せてもらいましたが、まともな物件はありませんでした。データベースはどこの不動産屋でも一緒だから別の不動産屋でも同じとのことですが、だとしてもあまりにチョイスが悪く時間の無駄なのでここはおすすめしません。これまで都内を5件ほど引っ越してきましたが、ほかにいい物件はたくさんあります！ I used it about 7 years ago, but when I was worried that the desired conditions were not met, the store manager came from behind and preached that I could not find such a good property anywhere.
