★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼に来店。13時30分に入店し、14時くらいに食べ終えそうだったが、店主と店員さんがもう営業終了なんだから早く帰ってくれん？とまさかの言葉… え、14時30分までですよね…？そして何故タメ口？ラーメンは美味しいけど明らかに帰れという雰囲気を出されて気分悪く退店しました。
田舎のラーメン店って客に敬語も使えないんですかね笑

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 季節限定の淡雪ラーメンを食べました。
味噌ラーメンに酒粕が入っているのですが、味噌の塩っぱさを酒粕がまろやかにしていて、絶妙な味わいでした。
また食べたいですね。
I ate seasonal light snow ramen.
There is sake lees in the miso ramen, but the saltiness of the miso was mellow and the taste was exquisite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人に聞き、食べに行ってきました。普通のラーメンを食べましたが、物凄くアッサリ。ちょっと変わった味でしたね。
こってりが好きな方は、物足りないかも！？です。
妻は、辛味噌を食べましたが、タンメンのようなスープに自分で味噌を溶かす感じでした。野菜タップリで、こちらもとってもアッサリ。
中々、美味しくいただきました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日11時30分入店、駐車場ほぼ満車。入って独りと告げ2人掛けテーブルに案内され着席！此処はラーメン類が人気みたいだがあえて(かつ煮定食)を注文、10分程度でぶつ提供、いっしょに会計木札を置いてく！かつは柔らかく玉葱がたっぷり難なし。味噌汁は初めて食べる具材が入ってる。この辺ではポピュラーなのか！4人掛けテーブル4卓、２人掛けテーブル１卓、座敷6卓程度有り。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 諸用の帰り 昼前にお邪魔しました ここの辛味噌ラーメンが好きで何度か来ています タンメン（？）の様なラーメンに味噌玉２つが乗り 一つは普通の味噌 もう一つは辛味噌 自分で溶かして味変するラーメンです 野菜たっぷりで野菜のあまみも抜群 ピリ辛スープと相性よし 麺も中太ツルツルシコシコでこれも相性よし 寒い時にポカポカになる美味しいラーメンでした 会計にはオーダーメモではなく 番号札をもってレジへ出すちょっと変わったシステム 追記 メニューを見ていて’まぼろしの焼きそば’なるものが気になり テイクアウトしてきました こちらもしょっぱすぎず美味しい麺を楽しめた一品でした ただ テイクアウトした焼きそばは温かいうちにたべたほうが断然旨いのでお伝えしておきます

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山形南陽市の食堂ですが、安倍晋三元総理も来た事のあるお店とか 味噌ラーメン食べたくて土曜訪問したら開店前に車がどんどん来ます。開店から30分で満員でした。駐車場が少ないので県外の人は開店前に来た方が良いのと終わる時間が午後2時30でなく2時には終わってました。味噌ラーメンは、味噌玉が載っていてそのまま食べると塩タンメン混ぜるとニンニクの効いた味噌ラーメン青のりトッピングが良い味出しています。大盛りはすり鉢で来ますが地元は注文してる人が多いですね。味噌ラーメンが一番 次に醤油ラーメンがダントツ注文多いですね 焼肉丼も若い人注文してました。

中華そば650円、辛味噌ラーメン850円、淡雪ラーメン(酒粕入り)900円を食べました。
麺は、全部同じで中太麺。全部美味しいです。中華そばは、しっかりとした醤油味。
辛味噌は、結構辛いので注意。
淡雪ラーメンの酒粕の香りもいい。味噌を溶かしても優しい味で食べれます。お酒に弱い方でも大丈夫だと思います。
出前もしてるのでとても忙しそうですが、待ち時間もそんなに待たずに食べれました。
I visited after 12:00 noon on a holiday. We went with three people, but we were able to sit down immediately.
I ate Chinese soba 650 yen, spicy miso ramen 850 yen, and light snow ramen (with sake lees) 900 yen.
The noodles are all the same and are medium-thick noodles. Everything is delicious. Chinese soba has a strong soy sauce flavor.
Please note that spicy miso is quite spicy.
The scent of light snow ramen lees is also good. Even if you melt the miso, you can eat it with a gentle taste. I think it's okay for people who are weak in alcohol.
It seems to be very busy because I am also on delivery, but I was able to eat without waiting so much.
