ち	ちーちゃん推し on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 泉中央にある地元民御用達の中華料理店にやってきました。店内はオリジン弁当が展開する「中華東秀」のようなチー○な、いゃ、庶民的な雰囲気ですね(^_^;)。メニューを見るとご飯物は少なく、メインステージは麺類の模様。ラーメンはノーマルのものから海老、青椒肉絲、カレーまでバリエーション豊富のようです。青椒肉絲がのったラーメンなんて凄く興味を引きますが、こちらのお店が有名な理由は何と言っても仙台のＢ級グルメ「仙台麻婆焼きそば」。その発祥のお店として様々なメディアに登場し、全国のＢ級グルメファンを迎え入れています。今では麻婆焼きそばを頂けるお店は仙台市内に数あれど、自分は他店で一度も食べた事がありませんので、今回が初のチャレンジとなりました。『マーボー焼きそば（850円）』は５分ほどで大皿で登場。玉子スープが付属します。見た目は結構なボリュームなんですね〜。半チャーハンを追加するか否か迷っていたんですが、注文しなくてよかったわ(^_^;)。麻婆はトロみは強いですが辛味はあまりなく家庭的でオーソドックスな味わい。麺はしっかりと焼かれており、香ばしくて本格的な中華みたいなのは嬉しい誤算？餡もしっかりと絡んでいて麻婆と焼きそばがちゃんと一体化しています。量もバランスがよく、どちらかが多すぎることも少な過ぎることもありません。玉子スープは薄味で濃いめの麻婆焼きそばとは合わないかも。店員のおばちゃんの接客は気取らない感じですが、丁寧でもなく感じが悪いわけでもなく、いい意味で地元民向けの適度な接客☺。完全に日常使いのお店ですね。 I came to a Chinese restaurant for locals in Izumichuo. Ramen with pepper steak is very interesting, but the reason why this shop is famous is Sendai's B-class gourmet "Sendai Mabo Yakisoba". It has appeared in various media as the store where it originated, and welcomes B-class gourmet fans nationwide. Nowadays, there are many shops in Sendai where you can get Mapo Yakisoba, but I have never eaten at other shops, so this was my first challenge. "Marbo Yakisoba (850 yen)" appears on a platter in about 5 minutes. Egg drop soup is included. It looks pretty volume, isn't it? I was wondering whether to add half fried rice, but I didn't have to order it (^ _ ^;). Mapo has a strong tofu, but it does not have much spiciness and has a homely and orthodox taste. The noodles are well baked, and it's a nice miscalculation that it looks like authentic Chinese food. The bean paste is also tightly entwined, and the mapo tofu and yakisoba are properly integrated. The amount is also well-balanced, neither too much nor too little. Egg drop soup may not go well with the light and thick mapo tofu. The customer service of the clerk's aunt is unpretentious, but it is neither polite nor unpleasant, and in a good way, it is a moderate customer service for locals ☺. It's a completely everyday shop.
s	sugawara kouji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仙台のB級グルメの一つ『マーボ焼きそば』を食べに、まんみ泉中央店に行ってきました。南北線の終着駅の泉中央駅から徒歩5分弱の通り沿いにあるお店。店に入ってすぐにある券売機で購入（850円）し店員に手渡して待つ事5分程度で出てきました。焼きそば（特にソースとかの味ではなく、名前の通り焼いたそば）の上に、中華料理屋で出てくる四川風ではないマーボ豆腐にとろみと、ニンニク効いた独特な味で、とても美味しかった。辛さほ控えめ。（汗は出ない）皿の下に油が結構溜まっていて、しつこくはないのだけど、もう少しアッサリ目だと、カロリー気にしている俺には助かるなと感じた。今後いろいろな店の食べ比べしてみようと思う。 I went to Manmi Izumi Chuo to eat "Mabo Yakisoba", one of Sendai's B-class gourmet foods.
