★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員の対応が雑すぎ、1回に説明すればいい事を何度も行くハメになった、確かにアパートやマンションなどは沢山あるかもしれないがそのせいか殿様対応になってる面がある、調べれば出来ることもいきなり出来ないと説明されあとから確認したら本当なら出来た等で店員の教育不足が多数見受けられる

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 話を聞きに行った時、全く物件の詳しい内容を話さず、ただ条件に見合った物件をパソコンで表示されただけだった。こっちはお客さんとして来ているのに、え？！何も話さないの？？と思いました。残念だった。
しかも約1ヶ月前から内見の予約をしていたのに、内見の1週間前に電話でその日休みを取ってしまって、、と言われた。こっちだって仕事の日を休みとってたのにえ、って思った。しかもこっちもその日じゃないと無理なんです。と伝えたら、そしたらじゃあ休日出勤しますか？？と言われ頭大丈夫か？？と思いました。ですが、代理の人で大丈夫です。とは言いましたけど、本当に1から教育し直した方がいいと思います。本当に腹立たしく、残念です。
