When I showed up to pick up an avalanche airbag canister, the staff rang it up without the discount even though it was marked on the order form. They gave me the discount in the end because I made a fuss, but the prices here aren’t particularly cheap, so when I spend over ¥100k in one month, I don’t expect to have to quibble over ¥2000.
