買取専門スタッフさんに取扱いメーカーのロゴが有るのに取扱い出来ませんと言われて、こちらが指摘したら謝罪も無しに事務的に「そうですね」
オークション以外だと登山用品の買取はココがほぼ唯一なので来ましたが残念な気分です。
査定待ちの間レンタルスタッフさんの対応を見ていましたがこちらは良い感じだったのでレンタルのみなら良いかもしれません。

The purchasing specialist staff told me that I couldn't handle it even though it had the logo of the manufacturer, and if I pointed out this, I wouldn't apologize and would say "yes".
Except for the auction, I came here because this is almost the only purchase of mountaineering equipment, but I feel disappointed.
I was watching the rental staff's response while waiting for the assessment, but this was a good feeling, so it may be good if only rental is done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族がお世話になっている山道具レンタル屋さん。登山初心者で何から始めてよいか分からない人はまずこちらで相談すると良いと思います。親切です。経営者の方はTVから取材受けるほどの登山のすごい方。一緒に登ったときは体力に不安がありましたが、初めてでもちゃんと登りきれて感動しました。ペース配分の指示が的確なのが素晴らしい。
道具もですが、登山の知識や経験が得られる場所。
A mountain tool rental shop where the family is indebted. If you are a beginner in mountaineering and do not know what to start with, you should consult here first. It's kind. The owner is a great climber who is interviewed by TV. When I climbed together, I was worried about my physical strength, but I was impressed that I could climb properly even for the first time. It is wonderful that the instructions for pacing are accurate.
It is a place where you can get knowledge and experience of mountain climbing, though it is also a tool.
