団体さんがいたとはいえ、時間かかるのなら一言あれば別の日に来るのに。
前の団体さんもかなり待っていたw
店員の女の子も、これだけ待っているのに何も気にすることなく。
あとどれくらいかかりますか？と聞いたら、今作っていますとだけ。
初めて行ったので、これがこの店の普通なら仕方ないですけど。残念でした。

以外にもメニューが豊富でビックリしました。でも浮気をせずにチャンポンを注文！
本場長崎で食した事は無いですが、今迄食べた中ではかなり旨い方ですね。
他にも旨そうな料理があるので、次回食べたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 目当てのラーメン屋が行列であきらめ、偶然通りすがり入店。看板メニューのちゃんぽんをオーダーすると13時で既に終了？
鶏そばと連れが皿うどんをオーダーするもフライパンひとつでいちいち調理するためひとり分しな提供できない状況。私が食べ終わる頃に皿うどんが到着。
時間に余裕が無い方にはおすすめしません。

食べるのが早いせいにするとか？
後でホームページ見たら時間かかる店だと自認したますね。
店内にも掲示したらどうだすか？
ここでいちいち反論するとか無駄ですよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看板メニューの長崎ちゃんぽんを頂きました。
盛り付けがとても綺麗、というか美しい。街中華のレベルを超えて、綺麗に提供して頂いたことにちょっと感激。
紅白のかまぼこが厚切りで、これは初めての経験、蒲鉾の柔らかさからスープの抑えた塩加減まで、提供者の優しさを感じました。
皆様におすすめしたいお店ですね。
※洋からしや柚子胡椒など置いてあると、
尚、嬉しいな あっさり系のスープなので。
きちんとオーナーが返信投稿しているのもいいですね！すごいね！忙しいでしょうに。言いっぱなし投稿する人も多いなぁと色々なシーンで感じていたところなので…
翌週(2022.3)、「餡掛けカニ炒飯」を。こちらもきれいにお皿に盛られ、やさしいお味でした。
