★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても良い、進化した町中華です。リーズナブルで期待どおりの美味しさとフレキシブルなサービスで一見客にもやさしい丁寧なメニューもよく考えて作られています。チャーハンと水餃子いただきましたがスパイス使いの塩梅がよく、懐かしい中に新しさもあるチャーハンと水餃子の風味を堪能しました。

駐車場はありませんので、付近のコインパーキングを使うことになります。
メニューのラインナップが珍しく、その中でもおすす麺である豚しゃぶミルクたんめん、グリーンカレーチャーハンを注文しました。
豚しゃぶミルクたんめんは写真、見た目からはわからないくらいあっさりした後味でした。グリーンカレーチャーハンも意外とあっさりしているので、ペロリと食べることができました。こってり系らーめんではないので、女性の方々にも人気がありそうです。
お店の人のらーめんにかける工夫と思いが伝わるらーめんです。美味しかったです！

今日はチャーハンとタンメンを注文。
個人的な感想は、ここのチャーハンはホテルの高級中華よりも美味しい。
チャーハンは粒がたって、完璧なコーティングです。3杯くらい食べれそうなくらい美味しい！
タンメンもすっきりして清涼な感じ、後半に胡椒を振ればスープが変化して肉のジューシーさが際立ちます。
チャーハンを頬張って、タンメンのスープ…
これはエンドレスループ！！

土曜日11時半に開店と同時に入りましたが
わりと客入りが多いです。
富士山チャーハンが人気の様で頼んでみましたが
カウンター席で作りかたをみていましたがおもしろかったです。オールインワンで楽しめるのがとてもよいなと思います。一度は確かめてみたくなる味ですね。
